When I got to the hotel to check-in there was no one at the front desk. Myself and another person who needed service dialed for assistance but we waited for a long time. The hot tub stopped working and the sauna needed to be reset. The room was fine. It was clean and my family slept well. Breakfast was good and filling.

The door lock on our room did not work from the inside but the door seemed to be locked from the outside. The upper lock was broken.

We had asked for a main floor room when booking online as husband uses a cane and walker. Immediately was given a second floor room. Asked for a main floor room. Host had to check online to see if I had really requested one and then once confirmed she changed it to main floor. Host didn’t mention to us anything about breakfast or pool hours, check out hours etc.

Great, friendly staff. Missing iron ing board in our room, my daughter’s room had one but no iron. No tea bags except for herbal ones. None in rooms at all, only coffee. Breakfast was okay, but no fruit except apples. The land around the hotel was mostly weeds, very sad and not well taken care of. At least kill the weeds to make it look neater, even if they can’t afford to replace shrubs. Should provide baby cribs, my Grandaughter had to bring one on the plane for my great granddaughter to sleep in.

This was a terrible property. We were supposed to stay 6 days. We didn’t even last 24 hours.
Room was drab & outdated. Felt damp.
Room was small which was fine, but there were a total of 5 lamps in there. Why? It was so bright you could have performed surgery in there.
No remote for the TV. Front desk clerk finally found one but all it would do was turn the TV off and on. We could not change channels.
We slept in our clothes on top of the bed. We did not even get under the covers.
The hotel is located, kind of at the end of a street in a light industrial area sort of. Hard to explain. Looked like the lawn had not been mowed in weeks.

Hotel is a bit hidden,out of the way. Trees around sign need trimmed for better visibility. Once located its a fine hotel, desk clerk quick, courteous, and helpful. Room was excellent for the price. Will definitely stay again if in the neighborhood!

My room floor was dirty. Was a little freaked out that the window opened to woods behind my room. Uncertain if locked window would detour an intruder. Won’t stay there again.

This is a nice reliable chain in the upper Midwest. It was interesting that the location is isolated, nearly hidden even though it is just off the highway.
The only downside was the complimentary breakfast - modest - that was OK, but the seating area is far too small for the number of guests even at non-peak times. We also had trouble getting the coffee container refilled. Patience goes a long way, but some travelers may not always be able to indulge.

Property was well taken care very quaint. We checked in at 2:00am due to plane delays. Clerk was nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was beyond what we expected for this hotel. My granddaughters had time to swim in the morning before checkout. Pool area clean and relaxing. Right off the highway nestled in a neighborhood. Quiet. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival at 11:30p as we were at an event. Check in went fine however entering the room. The main light switch doesn’t work have to use the lamps or bathroom light. The electrical socket don’t sit flush with the wall just one of the first things noticed. Then go to take a shower and there are no towel not one in a room that also has a jacuzzi tub. Then realized there’s no shower curtain. I go to call the front desk and there is no phone. They came to put the curtain on and he couldn’t figure out how to do it so he apologized for the inconvenience of no shower curtain. Just not what you want to deal with at that time and would not recommend any of the Patel hotel owners. We are from Wisconsin and they’re all ran the same. Poor. Cheap. Rip off for $150

There was food on the floor from other guests. The shower floor was still dirty. The bed sheets were incredibly thin and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train.

This is the right hotel I wanted not the other one. This was cute and quaint. Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me get in when hotel site put me in the wrong hotel

The place was well overdue a complete refurbishment. Staff was hard to find. Breakfast was the same everyday, coffee was always empty.

The hotel is in a great location where grocery stores, shopping area is all within 10-15 minute drive. However, during our 4-night stay, the hot tub did not work. The bathroom does not have exhaust fan which contributed to the room being musty. Our refrigerator stopped working during our stay and our meat spoiled. If we did not check the windows, they were compromised and opened. We had to jiggle the locks to get them to stay locked and secured. We requested, while checking out, to be refunded $15-$20 and the manager refused. This is not a cheap hotel either, 4 nights of stay that costs us over half of our mortgage payment.

Staff members were accommodating, the rooms were clean and the furnishings were in very good condition. Although it was near an express way, the hotel rooms were quiet.

I had to fight to get my room cleaned and new towels. It was only done once in my four night stay.
The whirlpool was green and disgusting. The sauna didn't work. Never again

Outlets didn’t hold blocks to charge devices. Not enough pillows. Unclean and dusty rooms. Breakfast very limited and poorly organized and way too few options and resupplied sporadically.
