It was fine. Staff was pleasant. Booked a room with a single king bed but got two doubles instead. Not crazy about that. Room service but not til you check out apparently cause on a three night stay we asked one day not to be cleaned but second day we allowed it and they still never did. Breakfast was so-so. Only hot item was waffle maker and if you microwaved the instant oatmeal packets.

They don’t run the AC in the hallway, elevator or rooms making it feel like a sauna. It took a while for my room to cool down once I turned on the AC bc the AC was off when I arrived. Other then that, it’s not a bad place

The room booked was not available and the staff did not tell me and I had paid extra for the larger room. Once I got to the room and found it wasn't what I requested I went back down and was then told the room wasn't available and there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

We arrived at the hotel to be informed no rooms were available due to a flood. I had my Expedia confirmation in hand. No one called us to inform us of this news and we couldn’t be found in their computer. We were left to scrambled on our own to find another hotel in the area. This has never happened to us before! We currently have a claim in to get our money back from Expedia.

I reserved a king room and was given a room with 2 queen beds. The person at the desk said that they did not have any king rooms due to water leaks.

Sunday breakfast had ham, biscuits and gravy along with the usual hotel fare. Best free hotel breakfast I’ve had even places 5 times more expensive. Monday’s was back to regular fare.
Some mold in bathroom. Fridge was not cleaned out from previous guest.

When I checked in the girl acted like I was bothering her. She wasn’t friendly at all. The room was nice and it was clean. We did have a large dog next door that kept barking which wasn’t the best but he was quiet at night so it was okay.
There were men out the I. Parking lot hanging out and drinking. I was careful about going out to my car alone.
The breakfast was decent. Your usual eggs, sausage and waffles.
I probably won’t stay here again but it wasn’t terrible.

Our stay was fine and staff and room were good. A bit surprised that our room had a shower but not a bathtub - although this was not an issue for us.
Was very surprised that when we checked out we were informed that because of our room rate (obtained on Expedia) we did not qualify to earn Choice Privilege Points.

Sonya was great! She is professional and helpful. We had a mix up with reservations and Travelocity wouldn’t help us but Sonya did her best to help out going way above and beyond. Thank you!
Also, the room was very clean and for the first time since Covid, towels were replaced and the bed was made. Better experience than in some 4 star hotels. Thank you very much!!

Stayed here for a last minute trip to see my nephew and family. Decent stay, I will stay the beds are very comfortable.

The Continental breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are always clean and fresh. I travel a lot on business.

It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient to everything we needed. There were a few bad reviews but I’m glad we ignored them. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.
