This is the second time we stayed here. It's always a great value. The bed was definitely updated but not much else was. I was happy that bed was comfortable though. Hotel has great amenities

Great. We were in room 210. The carpet needs a little bit of work in that room because it was dirty but besides that the hotel was great. The guy who checked us in was so funny and welcoming. He should get a raise because he is excellent at what he does. He was the best part of our stay. Thank you. Forgot to get his name.

Very clean plenty of activities to partake in and peaceful .

I had forgotten just how much I love this place. Now that the divider’s are gone between the rooms on the balcony makes for every room have an ocean view. Did like the little privacy though…Awesome places inside too. Highly recommend

Tyler was absolutely amazing and helpful! Also the bartender (male) was awesome as well!

We arrived on Friday and everything was nice Saturday. We had no maid service so I had to go down and get clean towels. The Jacuzzi tub was kind of dirty looking and it’s coming out from the wall parts of it so needless to say didn’t get to enjoy that Was afraid to get it to be honest

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was very good. The only problem was that the balcony door wouldn't lock 9 out of 10 tries and we saw a man going from our balcony to the one next door one night. I was a bit alarmed.

I really enjoyed my stay at the grand hotel. However, there are some policies that do need to be reviewed. Some people have medical needs that do require certain things and I feel they should be addressed.

We were there for just a couple nights, but our experience was great! We were on the 12th floor, our room was very clean and quiet.

Room was clean but had an odd oder. Not sure but maybe the carpet was cleaned beforehand because it was damp. Ice cream shop in lobby at boardwalk was not good. Ice cream was stale/ freezer burned.

Great! Clean and loved we could regulate the AC. Staff very kind. Best part carpets were clean didn’t dirty my feet or white socks. Winner

We arrived after 4pm and our room was not ready. We were told it would be about an hour till it was ready. Get to our room and the maid was taking a dry rag and just flinging it across the counters. Not even wiping then down. First thing i always do is check the bed. I pull the covers back and the sheets were still imprinted were someone slept. They did not even change the sheets. They were dirty and smelled. So i had to ask for new bedding and the maide didnt want to give ys any. Finally after standing there for about 25 minutes she gave me some which were in a cart right beside her. The carpet was beyond filthy. I asked for a refund and was told no by the front desk because we were going to leave. The first morning around 8am there was an evacuation alarm and everyone had to evaluate the building. Great way to start a vacation. I will never stay at this hotel again and i dont recommend anyone does. It wont let me upload pictures.

This is my favorite hotel in OC. I love it's location, it's always clean. They do not tolerate any nonsense. I have seen them call the police and kick rowdy guests to the curb. Staff if friendly and helpful. They have a little cafe that has good food and coffee.

The staff were all amazing. The room was clean and the view was excellent. The beds were very uncomfortable and we left with sore backs.

Nice and convenient to beach and boardwalk

I like that it's on the boardwalk, and it has a little sandwich shop that's open qll night.

WE stayed for 6 days and housekeeping came only twice. the pool was nice as the ocean was very cold and windy.

I like how large the rooms with two queens are and the view in the ocean front rooms

Everything was great, except for the AC not working properly in our room.

Great location!

This is a beautiful hotel! My room looked exactly like the photos. Very clean. Well built so that no noise from the next room's tv could be heard. The shower tub was really skinny, maybe 24" wide near the faucet but imo that leaves more living space. The restaurants were great, you truly have everything you need in one place if you don't feel like leaving the property. The parking garage kept my car cool, love that.

Ocean front location is good, and room is large size but outdated. Balcony could be better cleaned and better furnished.
