Bathroom had hair in shower and on the floor

Wonderful and attentive staff, clean and the check in and check out process was as smooth as it gets. Shuttles to and from Disneyland every 30 minutes. It doesn’t get better than this.

The towels and bed sheets aren't the cleanest, there were some stains. Shower floor is also stained.

No housekeeping, if needed items we had to go downstairs and ask for what was needed. Bathrooms do not have ventilation. Doors do not fully lock/shut. Key cards do not work checkout date past 8am.

It was a nice hotel, we stayed one night, staff was very friendly and willing to help

My experience when I requested early check in was a nightmare especially when you arrived early in Anaheim but I liked the hotel and would stay again.

Eveything was good, our king size bed room wasnt available ay check in and i got double beds but free parking

My first experience was that it smelled clean & it was in an orderly fashion, both rooms. Cleanliness was spot on.

The staff was very nice and helpful in every aspect. Housekeeping, front desk, restaurant were all great! Clean, safe area, used Lyft instead of shuttle but it was available. Spa was hot and clean.

I had to change rooms 3x, to get to a clean room!!

$7 for a water bottle is ridiculous. Also no complimentary breakfast not even a muffin, besides that the place is really clean

The minute I arrived they were helpful everyone was nice service was amazing the restaurant was awesome and yummy I will come again for sure and I saw the fireworks from my room it was beautiful everything was great

Welcomed immediately by one of the staff, Ichel. Very friendly and made the check in process easy for me, enjoyed our one night stay and easy check out too. Would recommend especially if you’re going to Disneyland they offer a bus spot for pick up and drop off.

The reservation said breakfast included and I didn’t get breakfast they said no. Room cleaning was only by request and staff was rude. Not a good experience

I stayed here last week of August 2024 for a 5 day training. Parking is charged separately without prior notification so the advertised nightly rate is deceiving. The room was clean and roomy but there is no daily housekeeping. Hotel says they only due once per week -this was not explain at time of booking nor while checking in. The conference room a/c was on manual mode. So we had to call front desk so the could tell maintenance when to turn on/off the room (and the response was slow). Careful while booking.

Second visit in a row that our room has been dirty. Linens stained, hair on the bed, pillow cases, and bathroom counter. The shower had black mold, pink bacteria and was visibly soiled. Counters and bedside table had crumbs. We let the front desk know both times of the dirty room, and asked for fresh linens and said linens/towels were not available in the evening/night. We showed them pictures of the room being soiled and told us to email them regarding it. No actual solution. Our toilet got clogged the first morning we were there, it overfilled and spilled onto the floor. We let front desk know immediately and they sent maintenance to unclog the toilet.Requested house keeping that never showed up to clean the bathroom. Came back to our room to our surprise it was still soiled with toilet water and feces. We let the front desk know, they said house keeping isn’t available at night to clean it and offered to give us towels to soak up the water ourselves. My husband told them it is unacceptable that we needed a new room and only then after he asked they said yes. The “New” room we got was just as dirty as the first. Walls were visibly dirty, much more mold in the bathroom and bathroom floor. The black mold from the floor would come lose while in the shower. Hair on the bathroom counter and stained pillows. Room odor of cigarettes and mold. Very inconvenient, and unprofessional to be on vacation as a family with two young kids and having to clean up our room ourselves.

I really enjoyed the pool area. I kept having problems with my key cards.

Newer remodel of an older hotel. Overall comfortable and clean. Great location. Very good value for the money.

My first night I couldn’t sleep because the people next door partied all night 2 nd night this drunk man kept knocking on my door and the last night it was people outside at 6am blasting music and drinking 🙄 never will I stay at this place again plus the room wasn’t even clean hair all over the bed and I found pills under the microwave

AC in room was broken. Did NOT tell us about parking fees or include it in the hotel main information and was a complete surprise. Not to mention it was an outrageous cost, $35 a day is as much as Disneyland itself. No bellhop. For the price point, these should have been included as competitors have the same offers.

Great stay! Everyone was nice when checking and out. The room had enough space for a family 2-6. Bathroom is big

Awesome staff and nice and comfortable stay

The staff was very friendly. We had no car and was at the mercy of Uber or public transportation. No stores or restaurants in walking distance and hotel restaurant was not open when it said it would be open. Apparently short on staff. Long wait on elevators during check in and check out times.
