This property is magical! Our family had a wonderful trip. We really enjoyed riding the electric bikes around the property. The zoo was so fun to visit everyday! We will be back!!!

Enjoyed the ambiance and the service. Nice artwork throughout. Food and restaurants are very good. Pool is lovely and again good service. The only glitch we had was that we had booked zip line in advance only to find out it was closed for renovation. Thanks.

Nemacolin was excellent. Fawn and fable was disappointing for breakfast. We showed up and were made to wait 20 minutes for a table. There were only 3 other guests in the restaurant. Very odd. Long wait for food as well. Also at the restaurant at FallongRock, there was a really long wait for food to come out. Additionally, you need to have coffee readily available in the morning in the lobby. The wait at patisserie was very long each morning.

Too expensive. Service was terrific.

Incredible weekend! Such hospitality, welcome drinks, burley, valet, the whole nine yards. Beautifully decorated and renovated room with all the luxuries! Great choice of restaurants and so many activities to do on site! Out favorites were the obstacle course, rising e-bikes around and the spa! Dinner at Aquarius and Fawn n Fable was delicious! The patisserie is great and breakfast in our room was perfect! We are going back this summer with the kids!

Had a very relaxing girls' weekend. It was all 3 of our first experience at Nemacolin and although it seemed a bit confusing, due to the pressure to schedule activities and dinners in advance without knowing what the resort would be like, we ended up just winging it (beyond pre scheduling our spa services) and enjoyed all of the included amenities at the spa, the Peak, and the shuttles. Maybe it was the time of year but I do think you can easily get settled and then decide what you want to do and schedule then. Both nights we chose dinner options last minute... night one at the Peak and it was affordable and delicious, then the 2nd night at Aqueous, it was good but portions were smaller than we realized they would be, but with the bread, amuse-bouche, and surprise little dessert, we were satisfied. Staff were beyond kind and helpful. In regards to sustainability and eco-friendliness, there seemed to be a lot of missed opportunities. We did not have recycling at the Washington Townhomes but found some recycling just outside the Grand Lodge, we liked the included aluminum water bottles and found several water filling stations, but found that many of the bars used plastic cups instead of glass. Enjoyed our townhome very much, the only item I would state is that for the person staying on the sleeper sofa it is a bit short for a queen sized and the furnace was next to it and the noise made it hard to sleep. Beyond that the townhome was wonderful and service was fantastic!

World class amenities and customer service that seems to of another age, Nemacolin is a treasure.

This was the best experience. Not only are the facilities beautiful and grand, the service is top notch, spa was extremely relaxing and the food delicious! So many things to see and do. I highly recommend!

Fantastic and memorable stay for our first anniversary! Will definitely come again!

My husband and I took a little one night break from the holiday and work chaos to Nemacolin, as it had been years since we had been all around the property or used the spa. We spent morning into the mid afternoon at the spa. The massage and therapist was excellent. Don't use a service without committing to the full experience of spa! The whirlpool, sauna and steam room were completely empty, sparkling clean and a luxurious way to spend a winter day in PA. You want for nothing- towels, products, etc. Afterwards we met in the Fireside Lounge to warm our toes under a furry blanketed chaise and drink Nespressos and eat a wonderful lunch in our plush robes. Our suite in the newly renovated Grand Lodge was also clean , well appointed and a joy to relax in by the full size decorated Christmas tree. Our butler, Jeff, was super friendly and taught us the suite's smart system where we could operate the blinds, lighting and features through individual room screens. The toilet seat was heated... can I say more? The room's mirrored and brass coffee and wet bar is beautiful. The Dyson hairdryer, multifunction bidet and high end features of the suite spoiled me. The Patisserie is the place to get your unique, uncommon munchies for the night under bright and brilliant chandeliers. (almost out of characters!) To wrap up, I only wish there were better food options (tired of mushrooms) for vegetarians, particularly gluten free (necessity)vegetarians. Can't wait to come back!

Will always be in love with this place

While the resort facilities are wonderful, the food is mediocre at best, and everything costs a small fortune. My kids actually joked that we would be billed for the air we breathed during our stay.

I booked this stay to celebrate my sister’s birthday excited for a fun and memorable time with our family. Instead, we had both our dinner reservations canceled due to the power outage. Her massage ended up getting canceled as well; due to the outage she would have had her a massage in the dark and couldn’t use any of the wet facilities, which we were looking forward to using with our son, especially the indoor pool since he’s a bit too young to go to the peak in the cold weather. The entire time we were there, there were maintenance and construction people everywhere. The lights were not all lit around the property so we couldn’t enjoy those. Although restaurants were closed on the property, there were no places that the staff could recommend for us to go eat in the surrounding area. It was not the experience I was looking for to celebrate my sister’s birthday, especially for the price we paid we expected everything to be up and running.

Beautiful property. Definitely recommend staying there.

5 star experience all around

When we were leaving, valet service was congested. It did not help that people were checking it while we were checking out. The scissor lift added to the problem.

Enjoyed a wonderful long weekend away with our family. We loved the pool, animals and all of the fun things to do on property!

Service was unbelievable. Everybody went over and above their job to make sure the guests were happy. Rooms are clean and very pretty. There was construction going on around the property which sometimes made it inconvenient to walk. However, the construction will be done soon and the property will be even better than before.

Beautiful facility.

Nemacolin has a storied history and we had very high expectations. These were mostly met through several delightful experiences. The Bleu Room and The Hardy Room cigar lounge were amazing. The front desk and valet staff were delightful. Sadly the food service did not meet expectations nor did attention to details such as removing used glasses and trash from various public spaces and lounges. Several staff were too busy fraternizing rather than attending to customers. We could only think more training is needed to match a Four Seasons or even Ritz Carlton experience. Regardless, we look forward to returning!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was convenient, but the best way to get around the property was using e-bikes. The spa and massage service was excellent.

Rooms in chateau are very nice but a bit dated but understand they are being renovated soon. Food service at Aqueous was very slow, but food was good. Waited nearly an hour after we arrived before meal was served. Shuttles are hit or miss. Waited 15-2o minutes for pickup several times. Other times came in 5 minutes.

Nemacolin is a very unique experience. There are tons of activities so you will never be bored, the service is out of this world, everyone is very kind and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this resort.

Absolutely delightful place, out of this world.

Beautiful property, world-class service and a variety of activities for all. Pricey, but worth every penny.
