Location was great and the included breakfast was also good. Stayed on the quiet side. Hotel is older and could use some updates but was clean. Bed not the most comfortable and could be replaced. Overall worth the price and location was awesome.

The fact it came up in hotels.com search as having a pool and hot tub on this app but it had been close for 4 years was a very disappointing situation. And the fitness room was brutal with no weights or any resistance equipment whatsoever. They also gave away their parking for an event so I had to park across the street.

Excellent all around. Only minor issue was the wifi being somewhat inconsistent, having to sign in repeatedly. Not a big deal. Free breakfast is one of the best, staff is all great, love the Roku tv setup.

Our group of four travelled to Winnipeg to attend a NHL hockey game.
Hotel was clean, fresh and staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Liked the location, the cleanliness and the lobby. Only complaint would be the towels were not soft. That’s minor.

Good location if you want to explore downtown area. Walking distance to Forks and Exchange. Reasonable price for the service, check in/out is always fast, rooms are clean, AC is loud as in any other hotel I stayed. Swimming pool closed probably during COVID and never opened again, which is shame, would be nice addition. The hotel is quiet, but you will definitely hear city noises, trains, fire trucks, etc. if your room is facing the street. Breakfast is nice bonus. There is extra parking fee, but we never had our car broken into and I think they have night security.

The breakfast was mediocre, cold hard boiled eggs. No regular tv stations only Roku!! No pool, closed and the gym sucks. Bed was hard and you can feel the springs.

The hotel was downtown, within walking distance of The Forks, museums,, etc. Breakfast each day was different and good. The room was comfortable. The only downside would be the parking, which was okay and watched by a guard, but still was wide open.
It was a good stay for our trip to Winnipeg.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Winnipeg, close to many major attractions. The staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Parking is available in the back of the hotel for a reasonable price. And there is a complementary breakfast.

We booked a room with two queens. They gave us a room with on King bed. We asked the front desk to give us a room as we reserved, they gave us another room with 1 King. Finally on the third try they gave us a room with two queens.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 20 years and I’ve always been happy with my stay this time I arrived and there was absolutely no air-conditioning working throughout. The building. Rooms were hot and one brought up to the two owners daughters. They didn’t seem to care.

I wish there was more parking for larger vehicles. The property in land locked, so I know it's not possible.

The security person saw that we had a large amount of supplies stored in our vehicle for a week long fishing trip. He informed the front desk, who contacted our room and informed us that the supplies were not safe. That homeless people would probably break into our vehicle and take the supplies. That we should move it in to our rooms instead. Their proactiveness prevent a tragedy for us. Very thankful!
