Room was not clean; floor carpet was very dirty. Breakfast was free, but only limited items were in the breakfast. Air Conditioner was turning off automatically and taking too much time to start it again. It was hot in the room without A/C. Some of the electric switches were not working.

Room service staff don’t know English and very rude. When complained about stinky linen, dirty flooring…etc, they didn’t bother to clean-up.
And at the same time, when other people talk/complained, they replied with utmost politeness. It was like Racist Behaviour.
Staff at Restaurant was equally RUDE, non-responsive.

Blood or puke particles by tub spiket. When told staff downstairs they said no other room. So we left and refused to give money back bc said room was "used" ... even though there less than 1 hour... before found blood/puke

I have no plans to go back the made me pay extra money on the early check in it’s supposed to be 20-35 . Receptionist was rude.they made me pay 75.
Cleanliness is done when they want . When I ask for room service today they would say we will clean it tomorrow. Very bad experience. I don’t think I will book again.

This hotel is tucked away and the outside seems like a motel. Inside the rooms are clean and smell clean. The beds are comfy. I wish there were smart TVs but you get what you pay for!

The stay we had was horrible, the head of guest services woke everyone up in our party at 5:30am saying there was an issue with the booking and demanding three rooms of people come to the front desk. They treated us like we were trying to scam them when we booked through this website. Absolute worst case scenario as far as hospitality.
