States that they have breakfast. Coffee, tea and granola bars does NOT count as breakfast.

Really not a great experience. We booked a room with two full beds. We got one king size bed. I asked about getting the room we booked and was told we couldn’t. So we asked for a cot. It took a half hour because they only have 2 for the whole hotel. we weren’t given blankets and sheets, I called down to the front desk and they told me I had to go get them myself. I was given the equivalent of a sheet and told they were out of blankets. The “breakfast” was coffee and a nutrition bar. The place reeked of smoke. Even in non smoking areas. The manager Jason was very helpful, he really did his best to help us with the situation but we didn’t deal with him as much, as he was leaving when we arrived. He did try to find us another accommodation. the rest of the staff was very unhelpful. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was partially expedia messing up our booking but the hotel itself was not as nice as advertised. And I was really dissatisfied with the attitude of the front desk rep. Just seemed like she did not care to help us and couldn’t care less.

The carpets were stained, dirty bed sheets and smelly rooms

We stayed with our dog, which was very easy. Ample area to walk, and quiet with no traffic. The property is maintained, and the rooms were very quiet and clean.

The door handle fell off the bathroom. Staff disgruntled. However room clean. Safe parking. Cot provided at small extra charge.

The worst hotel I have been. Is definitely not worth 200 hundred dollars . Also saying not smoking room and we couldn’t sleep because of the smell this a motel with hotel prices , breakfast included definitely scammers a granola bar and coffee

The staff are friendly , I ask for extra pillow because was staying there with my wife and the room only had three pillows . So I call front desk for an extra one . The staff wasn’t sure they had extra but lucky they do .

This is definitely a “no frills” place. I wish they had an ice machine and you also needed to ask for anything for the kitchen. Decent place to just lay your head. Very clean room.

It's was okay, I just didn't like that on my Friday stay. There was a commotion outside my door loudness people fighting. And Saturday at 1:30 in the morning. There's a lot of door slamming and people talking loud somewhere in the building. It woke me up. But I have to say it's a nice place. Staff was excellent. I heard they took care of the situation as it occurred. But itwas troublesome.

The room we had an old refrigerator that was loud, so we did not sleep well do to the noise. I did mention the problem to the attendant at the desk however all he did was talk about how they have been replacing refrigerators. He mentioned about a new refrigerator he experienced even making noise. I did not mention that a new refrigerator would make a humming sound whereas an older one has a loud annoying motor sound. The room and bath room could use some TLC. Carpet was sticky at some areas. Beds were comfortable and clean. Check in was easy. For the price though, it was not worth it.

Had forgot DL but had paid for room. Did have a picture of DL wife had texted. They still wouldn’t check me in but offered me a room at over twice the price at a different location.

This location is trash. Shower was slippery bust my behind then went to lay down and there was a roach on the bed. No refund offered. The manager didn’t care one bit!! At night there is so much traffic in the parking lot and building! Not good traffic either. Had to ask front desk was this in a bad area

The lack of staff left me outside for about a half hour because the door locks.

It smelled really bad in the front desk and the room

Need to have people clean up after their dogs.
