My brother shared that the breakfast was wonderful. I'm a late eater but it did look good.
I was a little disappointed by the pool area after all the good reviews.It looked dingy and dirty and not inviting at all. This was the one thing I was looking forward to when booking the room but didn't want to after seeing in person.
I understand wanting to make more money but really the rooms with the far away, maybe see, the mountain views overlooking the parking lot was a huge stretch and was a disappointment being stuck paying more for that room.
The bathrooms need a deep cleaning, there was stuff on the walls and floors that was just not right.

The staff (Jeremy and all) were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. Best I have had anywhere. The facility was due for renovation to start the following week so even with that, things were very good. Our only negatives (we had a "disability room") were that there was no info on restaurants/facilities/phone numbers to be found, the open shower flooded the entire bath and the room needed more flat surface space. These are all design issues so hopefully the refurb will solve them.

Drapes do not cover the window for dark nighttime sleep

The hotel and staff were great. However, there was a large group of people that included a youth hockey team staying in the hotel at the same time. These boys were disruptive and loud; talking and singing at the top of their voices; playing games on their phones or chatting while lounging (not eating) all over the dining area during breakfast while other guests were forced to either not eat, or go back to their rooms. Sadly, the adults with their group were either absent or not paying any attention to the lack of respect from these boys. The weekend day desk clerk did his best to help the other guests out, but I’m sure he was forced to walk a fine line. There needs to be something in place to help the staff out that are caught in this scenario. Fortunately, we had activities that took us away from the hotel, but our four nights there were less than restful.

Fast check in. They said they only had two cribs for the whole hotel. Both were used so we did not have a crib for our 6 month old. Convenient location, great for a quick trip.

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Great free breakfast. Free parking on site & walking distance to Whole-Foods & other stores. Close enough to Ball Arena & Cherry Creek. Room was clean, but could use some updating. Bathroom was a bit small. Beds were comfortable. However, I did request feather free pillows due to allergies and my bed had 4.

Our check in was actually good, but in the middle of the night the toilet wouldn’t flush. We called the front desk at 6am and they let us switch rooms which was ok, but then expected the full pay for all this. We felt that we should have been given a discount for this.

Check-in employee was kind and helpful! Room was clean and refreshed with a nice touch (bouquet of tissues and towel folding). Food area was clean and we appreciated the selection. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable- we had a lot to do in a little time.

Everything was good except for the last night. They must had a party it was so loud I called the front desk 4 times the line was busy. So no rest the last night. We had to get up by 12am to get to the airport. It was terrible.

When my daughter arrived at the front desk, they would not let her check in because she was only 20. Nowhere was I notified that for check-in she must be 21 years old. The front desk person told her they would not charge her and she had to leave and find another place to stay. I was charged even after they told me that they would cancel her room.

Although the staff at the hotel is extremely hospitable the hotel is a tad run down. Stained floors and furniture. I was there 4 days and for 2 days was consecutivly woken up by constant fire alarms. The hotel team tried to placate by offering 8000 Hilton points but I’m not a member. They ankso offfered a free one night stay in the future but I highly doubt I’d ever just stay one night at this random business hotel unless my company paid. So although they tried to make up for it it’s useless. After checkout I received a receipt for the stay for 200 dollars less than I had paid Hotels.com. They sent it to me in error. I most likely won’t stay again.

Amber at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions for area restaurants, and she checked on us daily to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was delicious.

Great service, staff was wonderful and friendly! room was nice and beds comfy. great location near cherry creek mall and lots of restaurants in walking distance. the free breakfast was good-slightly different options each day such as omelets, scrambled egg, potatoes,bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt. indoor pool and hot tub were ok. the only thing i didn't care for was paying $5 a day to park in their lot.

Staff was very friendly and polite. The facilities were quite old and the room had a very bad smell, like old, moldy furniture / carpet and somebody tried to cover it up with cheap perfume. But you couldn't really do anything against it because the windows do not open.
