Location was nice, most of the staff we interacted with were very nice.

At check in we could not get anybody to come to the front desk to help us even though we heard several staff in the back office chatting. We called several times and nobody answered the phone, tried to politely yell back with no luck and finally yelled back a bit more aggressively and probably annoyed the person that came out It was 1:45 and we were told we could not check in until 2:30 at the earliest even though there was plenty of availability. Annoying but fine. We were placed in a room right next to the office, the floor was extremely sticky as if the wrong type of cleaning product was used (we didn't complain about this, it was a long day, but we should have). Realized next to the office the door would continually keep slamming into the office and within the office area itself, this went on until 11 or 12 and started again at about 5 or 5:30am. Called at around 11 to ask for a switch and was (politely) told only a manager could make the switch in the am but that the person I spoke to would try to keep it down. Only there for one night so this didnt help at all, barely slept, floors were gross, maybe it was a fluke but it was a crappy overall experience and I would not return as I typically have great experiences at other hotels with similar prices in Denver.

I was double charged. I was suppose to be be reimbursed for the 1rst 2 days and charged for a week. I've called 4 times and nothing has been resolved.. my brother was in the hospital for 9 days. And to be charged double is just not right. I am very disappointed

Inefficiency of staff.. they still have not corrected this.

I went into the room and the lights were on, there was trash on the counter and in the garbage, the soap was open and used, and a towel was used. When I called the front desk they said, “Oh it was cleaned but we put people in there today and they didn’t like the room so they switched rooms.” They wouldn’t switch me rooms or have someone come clean up. Room was gross and overall a bad experience.

The hotel was situated close to where we needed to go.

There wasn't a breakfast, there were some stale muffins and granola bars and free coffee that was empty every time I went to get some and required notifying the staff that there was no coffee. There was minimal interest on the part of the staff to make sure things were correct. We could not log on to the free wifi and it took three requests on our part to get that resolved. Our refrigerator did not work and even though I notified the manager and was told a tech would be sent to the room no one showed up. We were awakened frequently by guests who were allowed to stay even though the police eventually came to their room to investigate.

The staff was super helpful and the room was just what we needed. Very comfortable, just a bit old and some things were falling apart.

Even though some things were falling apart, it didn't ruin our stay, so I don't think there was anything we can really complain about.

The room was outdated and the bed had no blankets and mattress was uncomfortable! The microwave didn't work and the grounds were pretty disgusting. While out walking my fur baby there was broken glass and condems as well as other garbage on-site

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

Didn't like being on 3rd floor. As a senior citizen, carrying luggage was very difficult. It would have been nice to have had a choice if rooms.

My room door didn't shut out lock all the way. The flip bar was the only thing holding it closed and that was about to fall off. When I opened my couch for my kids to sleep on there was almost a whole bag worth of chips on the mattress, if that's what you can call it. It was black it was so dirty. The liner was broken so it couldn't even be slept on... no housekeeping (they say every other week but I was there for 15 days and never seen anyone cleaning my space)so I had to go to the office and get a broom to clean it up myself. All in all staff was great, laundry room clean, but dear God do something about the furniture and housekeeping!!
