Great location with plenty of restaurants around

Do not clean your room daily

Jed at the front desk was extremely helpful The chef was very friendly and checked on us to make sure we liked the food (it was fabulous). The bartender (Marlena?) was the best I have had in years. I overheard another guest at the bar tell her he booked this hotel because his colleague from work told him the bartender was excellent. This seems to be the best run hotel I have stayed at in a long time.

We would have liked a shuttle to the airport.

The property is centrally located, in a nice, safe neighborhood. Very close to many attractions. Much/many of the front desk staff. I did not know what was going on.

The room was dirty, smelled like body, odor, the hallways and elevator, dirty. The housekeeping schedule was not explain so  during our multi nights day, we did not receive housekeeping The breakfast buffet for $15 was either, sparse or served watery/incomplete food such as eggs

Close to National Jewish Hospital- and located near restaurants

Cleaning was once a week unless you request. Needed towel replacements and tissue etc. stayed for two weeks.

It wasn’t dirty (although a little dusty) and I didn’t feel unsafe

The lack of parking and cost. I specifically chose this hotel because it had a parking lot (shown in the photos) rather than a garage, because I was towing a uhaul. Well, there is barely any parking lot because they built it up with restaurants. I ended up parking in a Dunkin Donuts parking lot and was still charged $12 by the hotel! In addition, they charged $15 for breakfast. This hotel was not nice enough to cost as much as it did and have those additional charges.

The room was large and the breakfast was really good for an all inclusive breakfast.

Room was a bit noisy - our room was directly above the air conditioning units on the roof of the lobby - kept us awake.

It’s close to the NJH we were going to for checkup and the room was clean and very comfortable.

I would like to have cleaning service every day without having to ask for it. Like it used to be before the pandemic.

Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. Great location restaurants close by that were very good. Cherry Creek is very convenient. We went to the National Jewish hospital for a Dr appointment it's very close.

Home less population is bad in Denver, but this is all over. It was still around but less in this area.
