I loved this gem of a place! Stunning views, good safe parking, comfortable room with charm. The wooden shutter windows opened to a fabuluous view! I loved this hotel as much as I loved Fells Point! I enjoyed walking around the streets with families walking chikdren & dogs on the wonderful waterfront paths! Some of the reviews I read made me iffy but Im so glad I gave it a try! I will return when in Baltimore on business

The hotel and the location are really nice. However, the staff wasn't friendly. The person in charge of breakfast was quite rude and when I complained she first said 'you are the second person to say I'm rude' and then she added: 'I am not rude'.

The interior was tastefully decorated. The property sat on a harbor so there were many beautiful ships and boats to view. We walked the neighborhood to find a restaurant and didn't have to go far. It was quite lovely.

The area and hotel were beautiful! BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES! Parking is $25/night and there are hotel “service” fees also $25. That’s an extra $50/night that was not clearly stated when we booked the room.

The location, cleanliness and professionalism of the staff was on point. It is a quaint hotel with all the rooms on the first floor which was a plus for my husband and I. We loved the courtyard. The continental breakfast and coffee and cookies after a long day out and about was awesome. We extended our stay, excellent value. Will stay again.

The Inn At Hendersons Wharf is quiet, clean and really very comfortable. Perhaps too comfortable. This property would greatly benefit from investing in adding more guest amenities. Partnering with local tour groups, getting a guest deal on the Urban Pirates cruise, and also partnering with local restaurants. They also need desperately a pool for guests. I feel there is a if it’s not broke don't fix it formula being overdone.

First let me say that the lady working the overnight shift at the Front Desk was outstanding. But she was the only thing outstanding at this hotel. My flight was delayed necessitating a late check-in so I called the hotel to make arrangements. The person that answered the phone was rather flippant, didn't ask who I was and seemed bothered that I called. The room which was street level had ants and on my last day there was a roach. It took several requests to rectify the ant problem. The roach was on my last day so I just notified the front desk. Earlier when I went to the Front Desk the aforementioned gentlemen came from behind the desk while still chewing his lunch, didn't greet me but stared down at the desk computer screen. I had to tell him I wasn't checking in as he was silent so far. I told him about the bug problem and my previous two trips to the Front Desk and all he could say is that the bug spray was not toxic so I shouldn't have any worries. Obviously, he was already familiar with the hotel's bug problem.

Rooms need better doors to block out hallway light. Hard to sleep for someone who likes the room dark. I’ve stayed twice in different rooms and it was the same. Need a better way of guest accessing parking lot. Wait times was annoying for someone to open the gate
