Rude staff kicked us out of the pool to close it an hour earlier than posted time both front desk and rules on the wall had posted.

This place was very clean and had all the essentials! Bed pretty comfy too!

There are no outlets anywhere. None near the beds and the one in the lamp didn't work. Microwave broken

Our room was run down. Shower needed updated and maybe a good cleaning. The carpet needs cleaned/.

The hotel could use updating and the rooms were not at all sound proof. There was a lot of noise from the hallway.

I chose this hotel for its location on the river and proximity to restaurants, as well as the amenities. My room was a good size and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was very pleasant. They allowed dogs, which was one of the major reasons we chose this hotel. The downside, however, we had ants in our room. Aside from that the rooms are large and spacious, very comfortable. The hotel staff was appreciative that we alerted them about the ant problem.

Tom at the front desk is always a pleasure to talk to, housekeeping is attentive and professional, and the maintenance crew looks at things, and cares!
This is the first time in my life that I have seen the maintenance team verifying the safety features!

I reserved a four bed suite, but without notice, when I arrived we had been given two regular rooms. It all worked out fine, but would have been nice to have been told ahead of time.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful at check in and out.
The only negative I might have was that it seemed a bit muggy indoors and in my room. Similar to having the carpet cleaned but not quite all the way dried out.
I would stay here again though it was a good experience and location to downtown.

Hotel is out of date, but clean. Rooms were decent. Nice walking trail along Mississippi River next to hotel. Perfect location for downtown St Cloud events.

The room was nothing like what was pictured, it smelled so bad in there, the sheets blankets and pillows were all damp if going elsewhere was an option I would have but considering I came from out of state and had this booked for almost a month in advance that wasn’t an option. Then I received a charge of $22.53 and had no explanation of why I called they did refund it but still couldn’t tell me what it was for.

The property is dated! Rooms should have ADA toilets in the bathrooms. Couches are old! Out TV did not work real good! Certain channels would just black out! No remote for TV. Had to get one from the front desk!

We have stayed there twice now, and everything was clean, quiet, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Also the beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. They also have a microwave and mini fridge. Everything we could ask for!

This place was absolutely horrible and disgusting it’s a shame from the outside it looks decent but one you go inside it’s absolutely horrible… I asked to be moved for my room smelled like musty towels and cigarettes. And was told no it got so bad my eyes became so itchy I could stay in the room we left and the property refused us a refund even tho we had never used anything!!! Absolutely garbage

It appeared the air conditioning was not working on a floor area and also the Green Mill area and hallway leading to it. On a 90 degree day someone should have been called to fix it. Also in the early morning hours it appears nobody had vacuumed any hallways as they had a days worth of stuff all over big main hallways

We stayed six nights and had a great time. It was dog friendly, but there weren’t any rooms on the first floor. We had to use stairs or the elevator to get to the lobby and again to the parking lot. The pillows were too soft as well. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Compared to previous bookings, this one was great. Huge pool (which we couldn’t use due to a gazillion kids running around-but that didn’t bother us too much) and a restaurant attached to the complex. Everything clean and modern, huge room.
