We were there for a Saturday and Sunday 2-night stay, and it was very mellow. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with the omelet and waffle stations. The pool was nice. And our 2-room King suite worked out great for 4 adults and a toddler.

Only thing disappointing was the water pressure in the shower was very, very low.

The gazebo area, grill, pool and basketball court was a nice bonus. Thank you for accommodating our basketball team and our entire group. Breakfast and the services were excellent.

I want to go back to this place again! Lovely, so clean, great amenities, wanted to use the gym and pool but I ended up in the hospital for totally unrelated reasons. Now I want to go back here and enjoy myself Plus, my boyfriend said the breakfast was awesome!

It was a perfect stay. The room was spacious and the floor plan was perfect. Great place for a family vacation. Close to entertainment and good food.

We had a wonderful stay. The kids had lots off fun.i I would like to give the male front desk staff that was there on Sunday after 4pm. There was a man not feeling good who thought he was having a stroke in the lobby. He got on the phone call 011, but was very sympathetic to the man, keep talking to him telling him there almost here. Keep calling him by his name to get him to relax and breathe . I applaud his actions and felt safe.

Visiting family and needed a place to stay 2 nights. They recommended Hyatt House. Convenient to stores, shopping, SF and Walnut Creek. Pool area and basketball court nice. Breakfast was good - what you expect, well stocked coffee. Room was fine, average, everything clean and quiet. Good value and rate.

Walking distance to the outdoor mall that has several dining options, Peet’s coffee and Cold Stone Creamery. Staff is really helpful and nice. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was an amazing amenity alone and the food fresh and well maintained the entire morning.

Run down hotel for the cost especially. Elevator smelled like weed it was hot the room fro drabby there were stains on my pillow. Can’t believe this was a Hyatt

Staying here was an awesome experience. My family and I stayed in the two bedroom suite for 1 night only, we booked the same day and it was better than I expected.

The room was clean and comfortable. The host at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was generally quiet. But a few times fire trucks and ambulances and emergency vehicles went by with their sirens going and lights flashing. There is a fire station down the road from the hotel.

Wow, what a relaxing stay! We got the studio room and it was amazing! It was so clean and it felt like home. The staff was very nice and super friendly! Everything was amazing.

Parking was challenging due to rainy weather.

I stay here a lot but it seems like every time, I have trouble with the heating/cooling. Heater stopped working around 11:30 PM last night so it was a long, cold night with those silly, thin blankets. Had to call twice this morning to get it fixed

We’ve stayed here several times, as the location can’t be beat. We are able to travel with our well-behaved dog and the parking is free. The kitchenette is also convenient. Unfortunately, the rooms are always a little dirty and need repair. The carpets are old and coming loose, creating a tripping hazard. Dog poop lines the walkways & parking lot from negligent guests. Our room this time smelled terrible at first - like sewage or as though someone had freshly used the bathroom. The smell dissipated quickly after turning on the fan and opening the windows. It never returned, and we can only speculate how it got there. Big crusty stain in the couch (yikes), and mascara stain on the linens. We stayed for 7 days/6 nights over the holidays, and declined service the first few days as we’re quite neat and didn’t require. On the fifth day we called in the morning to ensure we could get fresh towels/linens, dish soap, and our trash emptied. We also left the entire day and had the DND sign down. No service by noon. We called two more times (lunch and late afternoon) for service, still nothing. Finally late that night we got towels/linens/soap from the front desk and changed the bed ourselves. We said we wouldn’t require service again. The following day, we were taking a nap with the DND sign on. Housekeeping knocked, and before I could get up, they had opened the door! So much for privacy. Overall, we’ll be looking for a new place to stay in the area.

Three night stay with our large dog, to visit family in the area. Our second stay here. Clean, spacious-enough suites, nice breakfast, walking distance to the restaurants and stores in nearby Pleasant Hill village. Nice residential area with easy freeway access. All that we needed.
