Housekeeping open my room door without knocking around 9am , telling me that he was told that I have checked out the room. Called manager she took his side saying that he knocked but it was only 9am not check out time which is 12pm.

When checking in I was told my room had no AC. We were told no discount because we used a 3rd party to book. The room heat was set to 87 degrees when we went to the room. We were later told in the hallway when going to dinner that our shower wouldn’t work unless we held the lever manually in the up position. This small suite had one TV that could NOT be adjusted to fully face the couch OR fully face the bed.

We had a great experience! All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. I liked that the hotel manager texted us and asked if there was anything they can do to help us be more comfortable during our stay. Plenty of sidewalks to walk the dogs if you bring them during your stay.

It was fine. The rooms are big. The furniture and feel of the place is old. The room was dark and the temperature set to 60 degrees so it felt like a refrigerator when I entered and you can’t open the windows. The beds are Full size not queen. The breakfast was ok. It worked for our trip, but I’d try another place instead of this one next time.

The location and the amenities were great, the property was safe and quiet, my room was wonderful except for the bed and pillows. I did not get any good sleep due to no support from the bed and pillows, I woke up every morning with a stiff neck and sore body. Breakfast was ok even though they provide a buffet option, and the guest service was poor. Overall my stay was ok, and I would only stay here again as a last option.

Nice hotel, clean room, good staff, above average hotel breakfast.
Liked that they put all dishes in the dishwasher. I read a review of someone complaining they had to unload the dishwasher, but I think they did not realize the reason was to assure the next occupant the dishes are clean.
The bathroom had a separate vanity area so one person can get ready while another showers.
Breakfast was better than the typical hotel breakfast. I had the carnitas topped with tasty salsas from the salsa bar. Coffee was good and available throughout the day. I would stay here again.

The parking lot is the only place for dogs to potty..by the back doors. I suggest you take a few of the parking spots that are in front of freeway and but fake lawn and benchs in for the dogs and owners..

My first night here was terrific. Although I was unable to get a top floor room, my 3rd floor room was great. Quiet - no one stomping overhead, spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms have fridge, microwave. dishwasher and small stove. Very nice front desk staff. Highly recommend this hotel!

Newer property. Love the room. Spacious with couch, chair, ottoman, desk, kitchen with toaster, stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, pans, and dishes, silverware, glasses!! No plastic. Nice bathroom area. Walk in shower, plenty of bathroom counter space. This is my favorite place to stay when I’m working in the area. This is my 2nd stay.

The property is small but the rooms are great. The only issue I had with the rooms is that the solid curtains don’t close all the way. When I was leaving they asked to charge me for parking as well even though I did not have a car. Overall a good stay though, the breakfast was great and although the pool area is small I enjoyed it.

The property is in a very quiet area, and very safe. Many restaurants near by as well.

The service and staff was great, and this review has nothing to do with them. But the hotel was severely lacking. The bed sheets had hair on them. The floor had dog hair on it, and there were ants all over the place. It’s located in an awkward area and none of our Lyft drivers could ever find it or get there on time without having to contact them directly and give them directions. We ordered DoorDash and it got handed off to two different carriers before they found the location. Unfortunately, we had never been to Concord, so I had no idea where to stay. If we ever come back, I will remember to look for a different hotel.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet because it had a different array of food every day and had good variety even though it's a smaller a buffet. Accomodations were great as well just as described and me and my family had a good time.

This location is decent. I wouldn’t recommend staying by one of the exits which is where we were. The first night and second night our upstairs neighbors were terribly loud. We killed about 5/6 bugs upon leaving it was ants coming out of the vent in our room. I’m not sure if that was because we were right next to the door but it was a lot. Who ever worked front desk on Saturday 6/15 was horrible her attitude was unpleasant. The other front desk were very nice. There was a smell in our room it smelled of old mop water and urine. I asked for it to be fixed I’m not sure if that was just the smell of the cleaner they used or if it was actually that. I’m not sure if I would stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

It was great for what we were there for. The front desk hostess (Sherry) was the greatest!! She accommodated our request in a positive way. We could not have asked for better results for what we asked for.

Especially loved full size fridge with ice maker! Wished there was a hot tub, but pool was fine. Very quiet in a beautiful area. Better than average breakfast with eggs and Tex Mex meats, tortillas, salsas, and the other standard fare.

Difficult to find parking. There are a few things they could do to make the rooms cleaner. The carpet feels dirty under foot the mirror over the desk looked like it had not been dusted for some time.

My husband and I always stay at Homewood Suites, when we visit our daughter and 3 Grandsons who live in Concord and Martinez. We like the location. Close to restaurants and the mall.

Hotel backs up right next to the freeway, so it's loud outside, but was quiet inside. Parking was decent.
