Room was quiet. Somewhat clean - found plastic wrap in several places. Given only 1 hand towel instead of 2. Stains on the carpeting. No restaurant at first stay and second stay had restaurant only during manager's reception. No bar except for during manager's reception. Friendly omelet maker and very friendly bar tender.

The kind host made the check-in process quick and efficient. There was only 1 guest elevator that worked the entire weekend. There was a sign that said an additional elevator was through the housekeeping washroom. It certainly seemed like an area guests should not walk through.
When we got to our room (#320) it was clean, spacious, and very warm and stuffy. We turned on the air conditioner that made a buzzing noise but it never came on. A service guy came up and began tinkering, but they eventually asked us to move rooms. We nephew's room on the 2nd floor never had working heat or air.
On day two, we requested a 2 fresh sets of towels. They only brought 2 large drying towels that were a dingy yellow color. When they brought the face towels they looked so awful they should be trashed. I wish I had taken pics.
Summary...
• They need to repair elevators.
• Fix the heat/air units.
• Invest in new linen.
• Breakfast was greeeat!!!

Trip was a weekend.Get away with my grand kids to visit lights under louisville was an excellent hotel with a made order omelet bar.

This hotel was beautiful.They offer a happy hour and had made to order omlets in the morning which was great. The only thing questionable during the stay was that they claimed to have a restaurant and didnt have it operating. They had salads,soups,and cold sandwhiches you could purchase instead at the bar. Also the times of the piol had changed feom what the website said. I think their information should be updated because right now they are giving some false information,and aome people are relying on that and may have chosen to stay somewhere else if they knew this.

To tell you the truth, I was disappointed in the hotel. It was extremely noisy to 2:30 am in the morning. Way over priced for a one night stay almost $300 after we left your hotel a few miles down we found a Holiday Inn Express for half that price !! . Yes you fixed up the hotel a little why should we pay for all that!! So very disappointed will not stay there again .

The hotel was beautiful, had a open glass elevator, great morning breakfast which you can take to your room. Eating lobby and sitting was open beautifully to a water fountain and elevators to watch people go up and down, it's 6 stories and you can see all the way down in to the open lobby.

Stay was very nice they are doing some remodeling but there was no inconvenience we really enjoyed the hospitality welcome with two free drinks, the rooms are very clean the staff is very friendly.

This is one of my favorite hotels. I hate the construction but it’s got the betterment of the facility and customers so it’s Necessary. It doesn’t last long either so it’s OK. 10/10

TV remote didn’t work. Called and said there was nothing he could do. Smoke detector beeped outside my door all night until maintenance got there at 9:30am the next day to replace the battery. Renovations going on in the lobby starting at 7:30am. Just was not a good experience. However I’ve stayed at this location multiple times in the past and it wasn’t ever this bad… just a bad weekend to be there I guess.

Our stay was very nice even though construction was happening. It was noisy but I was not bothered by it. Maybe because we had two toddlers in the room. The only thing was a chemical smell on the second day but it did not come into our room. It dissipated pretty quickly or it would have been a deal breaker. We requested extra towels and iron, and they were delivered promptly. I did receive a text soon after check in checking in on us which was very nice. Even with construction, we still had all amenities except the pool which was also being renovated. This is our second stay at this hotel and would return again. They have the best breakfast of any hotel I've stayed at. It's not just your average continental breakfast. We were given a "voucher" for a free drink at the bar for each night of our stay. Parking is free.

Overall the stay was fine. After a long weekend of softball I was looking foreword to using the hot tub but it was not working.

The hotel was under renovation which was not shown on the hotels.com website when the trip was booked. Also, there were two family reunions in the hotel and the noise level was incredibly high late into the night. We had to call the front desk who employed security to get the noise under control.

The property would have been great except we were notified right before our stay that it was under construction. We had planned on using the pool and the lounge area during our stay, but due to the construction we could not use either and had to cram into a service elevator to get to our room. The staff was nice but did not go out of the way to help. I had 3 kids and my mother with me on the 6 th floor and there were no available luggage trolleys. We had to carry it all ourselves. The room was nice and the breakfast is the best I have had in a hotel! There were many pros and many cons to the trip

We did receive an email from management about the construction going on. It stated that there was construction and noise during the hours of 8 am-5 pm. It would have been nice that they informed us that the restaurant and swimming pool were also closed. We had a child with us and booked with a hotel that had a pool so that when we were at the hotel we could utilize the pool to occupy the child and not be stuck in the room with nothing to do. This was inconvenient and made our time at the hotel lacking for things for child to do.

Beautiful, well appointed, super spacious room. The surrounding area had a walking path and the Y was only a 7-minute walk away. The breakfast was outstanding!!

The remodel is amazing however you will need a dry vac after every shower. The water leaks outside the shower awfully. We must have used at least 10 towels to soak up water for 3 people. They need to figure this out. Very dangerous, almost fell on the wet floor.

This was a beautiful hotel with an awesome breakfast. The pool was a little chilly, but the kids enjoyed playing in it. Very classy lobby and sitting area. We all loved the glass elevators.

We had an extremely wonderful time. Our room was perfect, and we hung out at the bar downstairs. The food we ordered was delicious, and breakfast was really great! Our first time there, our new favorite place to stay in Louisville. Everyone was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. A+++++
