This is a nice hotel. It always is just the lady in the morning. She kind of rude.

There was a roach on the wall when we first went in, weird gross smell in the room that lasted all night i was sick to my stomach from smelling it, breakfast items not restocked and it was only halfway through their breakfast window

They shorted me $15.22 on the deposit. Asked twice for room service but never received it. Horrible stay overall.

The receptions at the front desk took forever to check me in. UNACCEPTABLE!!! She might have been in training.

The room was rather small. It was clean and the ac worked. The tub faucet was a little tricky and leaked if not turned off exactly. The biggest issue was the semi's that come down the alley to the gas station and Denny's and unload in the early morning hours. Also the rooms are not very insulated against noise. We were on the first floor and could hear anyone returning to the hotel at any time. The staff was functional but not particularly friendly or out going in any capacity. We requested extra pillows through the check in process and did not get them. We specified that we had 3 adults traveling but only got 2 sets of towels. That was disappointing.

Everything was good the employees good customer service the breakfast was good every morning

The hotel was off the freeway in a not highly desirable neighborhood. The staff was kind and the room appeared clean however I found a cockroach in my room before I left which was a bit unsettling. The bed was comfortable enough but pillows were not great - unable to sleep well.

The room is always comfortable it just had ants in the room

The area around the hotel is overrun with homeless people and homeless camps. We did not feel safe in the area to stay with our family. We ended up not staying there and driving back an hour and a half to our previous area. The Mcdonalds had so many homeless people and its basically next door. The alley way is littered with all their stuff. We told my in laws that live around there thats where we were gonna be staying and they begged us to reconsider. I cant say anything about the hotel or rooms themselves since we didn't stay there but be very aware of the neighborhood.

We left a key in the room, when we asked for another we were told no but the securities key didn’t work so a new key was issued, never once was our identity checked so ANYONE could have gotten into our room. For the safety of our children we checked out a day early. We asked for a bathtub plug to bathe our children and were told it’s only in some rooms, luck of the draw… We haven’t received our deposit or our money for the last day we DID NOT stay.

I do not recommend this hotel. It was dirty, AC was not on when we arrived so it took a few hours to cool the room. The hotel is old and the staff not very friendly. The area is super sketchy! Do not recommend at all. We were scared and left asap in the morning!!

Its a very dirty area. I put all my information online but they still asked for my credit card then kept it and made a charge of an extra $50 for no reason. Very noisy and got very little sleep due to the noise.

The motel is next to the railroad which is noisy. The floor was a bit dirty. Otherwise good beds. Bathroom is correct.

The receptionist was very welcoming and super sweet. The room was very clean.

We booked the hotel last minute. There’s no elevator that we have to carry our luggage’s by stairs to second floor. In room there’s a refrigerator and microwave which is good. Breakfast was a mess, maybe they are running out of staff. Nobody cleaning the tables, flys are flying all over. Once it: past 9am the cutoff time, the staff starts taking away food and utensils.

This property seem to be in a sketchy neighborhood (at night). Did not feel as safe as one would hope.

Please be prepared to pay a $200 refundable deposit, after they check your room. If you have a license with the address from Fresno to Modesto. It's the rule at this particular facility. Also, if you rent a standard room you will not have a refrigerator, even though, the advertisement on Expedia says you'll have one in your room. According to, management at the facility only the deluxe visitors are entitled to a refrigerator. However, they did offer to keep my medication in a refrigerator in the office. But health is so personal. It's one thing to know the name of the condition, but the name of the medication I'm taking, what pharmacy, dose, frequency and prescribing doctor. Nah, I'll pass. The staff was nice I don't fault them, they were only following directions.

The service was great. The rooms were horrible very small and they had roaches no access to the ice machine and the AC didn’t work well

I'd have to say this is by far the worst hotel stay I've ever had. They gave me my room key then tells me the door may or may not open even with the key and if it doesn't open then to open the window to get inside. Once inside make sure I lock the window. Who knows how I would be able to get back in if the door won't open and if I kept my windows lock. Asked for another room and they said they didn't have one available. They didn't care that they gave us an insecured room. They only gave us a new room because I asked for a refund for not having a secured room. Spoke to another guest and apparently they have been having issues with returning the deposit fee so to make sure I ask for a receipt upon checkout. During check out, all of a sudden their toner ran out and couldn't print out my receipt so they said they would email it to me. I got an email of my confirmation of the room but not the checkout receipt. They said they sent the checkout receipt 5 times but I didn't get any of them. Then they tell me they don't have toner and had to wait for their husband to bring it from home and that it would take another 30 mins. Now they say they have issues emailing our receipt and they don't know what to do because it's an IT problem. This stay was a disaster to begin with

We dont fee safe, there group of people gathering outside the property drinking and being loud outside, the carpet on the fooms smells like urine
