Pros - I like the location and convenience of being close to where I needed to be. The lobby was was appealing, and the front desk associate was very nice. The heating and cooling in the room worked well, and the beds were very comfortable. Cons - The tub seemed dirty, but it actually was a build up of cleaning products, so maybe cleaning procedures need to be reevaluated. The lampshade was broke. The hot and cold faucets were backwards. The railing on the stairwell was broke.

This is a basic property. Minimal amenities but room was clean. No elevator so you need to use the stairs as most of the rooms are on the second floor.

I liked the hottub - powerful jets.

Had room with twin beds which were a little small for a couple sleeping together. Sink and shower had good water pressure, towels were new and plush. Our room was quiet, heard some people arguing down the hall when we got back in at ten. No real issues, better than some of the recent reviews I had read.

Room was fine. Bathroom could use some new paint and tub.Did not have any drinking glasses or wash clothes in room.

I didn’t like getting up and finding that there was no water in tub and shower.

Rao and Samy were very pleasant, and I appreciated that they helped me with my bike.

They were lacking some essential items, the bottom of the shower was disgusting and several things were broken. We pretty much felt like it fit to say you get what you pay for.

The staff is amazing. They will do anything for you. Thank you so much great location close to everything.

The general manager, Sean is amazing. He makes for great staff. Everything is very close. The river is right across the street very convenient and beautiful.

You get what you pay for! Clean, smelled a little funky. Bed was really comfy and slept like a champ. No coffee in the room👎. Breakfast was pretty sad but what do you expect for the price.

Not much detail to the little things, garbage bags sitting around for days, doors not working, breakfast room not being attended to !

Great staff and location

Family out of town trip. More time out of the hotel and in but our time at the hotel was not enjoyable. The breakfast was lackluster and even with informing staff was not refilled on our first day and the bit that was there was monopolized by one family and no consideration for others that came along. While we were eating breakfast watched three separate families stop in and leave because there was nothing available outside of bread for toast and two cereal options. On the second night discovered bugs crawling all over our trash area. The shower was less than desirable adequate for use but not much for power or heat. Beds were very soft but comfortable enough and the room was very hard to regulate with the humidity in the area. Did have a solo air conditioner unit but was mounted so high it was hard to control as controls had to be utilized through the face plate on the unit. The hot tub was available but tepid like bath water not so much a hot tub. Had a hard time tracking down staff for assistance so went without at most instances.

The man checking us in was super helpful and nice, always! However every single morning, no matter the time, the breakfast downstairs was almost non existent. We have tried to get breakfast multiple times now just to be disappointed

Cleanliness seemed pretty good, but on returning to the room late in the evening, I found the shower faucet handel broken, so I just used the sink because it was unlikely anyone could repair the faucet handle near midnight. The I awoke at 2:30 AM realizing that the room heater was on. I could not find any switch to turn it off, so then tried to start the air conditioner, it would not come on. I was forced to open the window and hope it could cool the room somewhat, even though it was a warm night outdoors.

The front desk staff was very friendly and that was the only redeeming quality. The entire hotel, including the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the AC in our room was high on the wall so i had to stand on a chair to turn it on and the buttons were missing. There was also several homeless people milling around outside.

No elevator to second floor where my room was located. All luggage had to be carried up and down steps. The refrigerator wasn’t working. The AC was abnormally loud. The toilet was not secured tightly to the floor so it rocked when in use.

Shower head too short

My key card for my room didn't work the last few days but otherwise great stay

Room air conditioner sounded like a B52 taking off. TV remote taped together. Check in staff was but t the person when we checked out was not very helpful. More interested in his cell phone than customer service.
