Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and check in was very quick. Breakfast was serviceable. Oatmeal wasn't fully cooked, and the hot water for tea tasted like old coffee. (I never understand why people don't realize once you've used one of those for coffee, you can never really get the aftertaste out. Our main complaint was every morning at 3 am we woke up to the heavy clomping of boots overhead from the rooms on the 4th floor. (We were on the 3rd.) We suspect it was the team of truck drivers we saw. We should have asked for a room change, but by then we were settled in. Perhaps in the future they should put those guys on the first floor.

This was a wonderful experience. Although only staying for 1 night, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, nice king bed and spacious, large bathroom with hot water and good water pressure. I visited the fitness room and the equipment was all in good shape, 2 treadmills, stationary bike, ellipse machine and plenty of free weights for a good workout. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choices with bacon, eggs, sausage gravy, fruit salad, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, many cereals, toasts and pastries, juices, lomen water and coffee!! The staff from check in to check out was outstanding, friendly and professional, made me feel welcomed and at home!!! I went home and made another reservation for my next visit!!!

The room seemed fine but there was black stuff all around the shower and the room smelled moldy and wet (and it hadn’t rained). The parking lot was dark also which didn’t make me feel safe.

The check in was great, the desk attendant was a doll. She is a great representative for your company. The room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect

We have been traveling to Gervais Oregon about once every 6 weeks dealing with my brother and we've been in three or four different hotels and this by far is the best we've been in it's clean it's quiet everything worked and the beds were comfortable it was great we will definitely be going back even if it is a little further than we would like it to be to it's well worth it

We were told they only clean your room every three days. On the fourth day I ask them to clean the room. It was after 4:00 pm before it was cleaned. We were out of clean towels, out of toilet tissue and the trash was overflowing.

Hotel was clean and had all amenities you need. Our room on the other hand was the size of the closit and located in the same hallway as the elevator, which made it not only half the size of all other rooms on the 4th floor, but noisy as people got on and off the elevator. They said i booked this room. I told them i didn't choose a tiny room. They did not offer another room to me.

We had a very pleasant stay, checking in was a breeze, room was ok there were a few stains on or possibly not clean towels, quick remedy bought some at Walmart….otherwise room was clean, maids were extremely friendly… breakfast every morning was good and attendant was quick to refill any food and clean any tables.. overall good stay

Staff was not welcoming, horribly rude, argumentative and not understanding about a simple mis-communication between expedia/them on a policy. Then checked into a FILTHY room which I have photos and videos of.

Happened to get stuck in the premium outlet mall. While heading back to Nevada from Washington. It was late and we have 2 dogs traveling with us. Front desk lady is very knowledgeable, a very nice smile, also helpful.

The room was ok. I don't like the sink being outside of the bathroom and did not realize that would be the case until I got there. I might not have booked it otherwise. Terrible design choice in a room with two queen beds. Also, there were ants in the room, including on the bed. The beds were otherwise fairly comfortable and the linens clean. I found about a dozen ants throughout the room over the course of our 2.5 day stay. The breakfast was terrible; powdered eggs and hard as rock English muffins. I couldn't even open it; I had to chuck it in the trash. The muffins were stale, as well. The only thing really edible was the make your own waffle and the banana I grabbed for later in the day. Please don't advertise "free breakfast" is you are going to serve crap for breakfast.

Stayed because we needed a nice safe place to sleep on our way to California from Canada. The town is great, super safe and very well maintained.
The room was okay, not $250 a night nice though. However the bed was 12/10 for comfortable.
