The front desk was prompt and friendly. But overall disappointing, it was rundown and old. Elevator had tear in the carpet and the heater in the room generated off smell when it was on so we did without. Breakfast was basic. Not sure if we would stay here again.

This property had everything that you expect from a Comfort Suite....plenty of room with hooks for towels, bathroom counter space for toiletries, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast kept well stocked and eating area very clean. Best CS I've ever stayed at.

Girl at front desk wasn’t friendly or welcoming at all when we checked in
Once in the room I sat on the couch to relax and I started feeling something on and off my legs.. there were fleas!!!!

As a solo traveler, I felt safe. The room was attractive, and clean enough that I felt comfortable having bare feet on the rug. Slept well (comfortable bed). Breakfast was good, with enough variety (the eggs were fluffy and had a choice of little cheese omelets or scrambled. Make your own waffles too. I'd stay here again.

It was clean and service was friendly. However the TV did not work in our room and the lady helping us from the desk was not able to fix it. Beds are very firm but pillows were comfortable. Decent breakfast included. Good place to stay when just passing through.

Booked three rooms for a concert and the rooms were great, nice and clean front desk was courteous and attentive, Area was safe and the hot breakfast was delicious. Definitely staying again

Beautiful hotel room and very quiet. Great value for price. The only problem was that the mattress was old, had saggy spots and hard spots- was uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel, dressed up French style. Free breakfast is ok. Rooms clean and roomy. However, the fridge in my room did not have freezer compartment and never got very cold. Hotel located in an outdoor driving mall, along with other hotels, restaurants, stores. So, the area is not real pretty. There's limited parking in front of the hotel so we had to park in the larger, uglier, excess spillover lot, near a big rig truck. But, for the price, it's great deal. I do recommend this hotel.

The beds were good and the room was clean. The property is a bit dated. Close the freeway, but not close enough that you hear it. The room smelled funny, like mint and weed. It was odd, but your nose adapted.

Everyone was friendly and had great customer service. Gina the cook was exceptional. She cooks with her heart. Very friendly and kind. The front desk was welcoming too.

Easy to get to with ample parking for larger vehicle. Check in was simple and night clerk was friendly. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with all the extras…. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, ceiling fan!
