This hotel needs major changes. The walkways and are filthy. There was food and trash in the stairwell. I was told my room was non smoking and there would be a fine for smoking in the room, but when I opened the door it reeked of cigarettes. The linens seemed to be clean, but the overall appearance of everything else in the room made me question if that was possible.

The beds only had two small pillows on each bed. The door wouldn't shut all the way, the door also didn't lock so I felt unsafe the whole time. There were roaches everywhere, the floor was dirty and the phone also didn't work, and the fridge was dirty

Spider webs with about 6 spiders only. My door had a hole by the lock like someone had broken in the door before. Bathtub was filthy. Stains all over with poor drainage. Saw a baby roach crawling by the tv in the middle of the night. I left all belongings in the car for fear that something would crawl In it. There wholes in the sheets. I slept on my own blankets with the lights on. The remote to the tv was filthy as well. I didn't even use the tv. I checked in at 1 am that morning. It was the only reason I didn't demand my money back I would have been better off sleeping in my car. This hotel needs to burnt down and start over!

The first room they put us in had no towels. We waited over an hour after calling. Stil no towels. Went in bathroom and lifted toilet seat and it was full of crap. Tried to flush and it ran over. We moved to another room. Went to take a shower and the mixing valve did not work. There was only cold water. And over half of the light bulbs were missing. Moved again. Thought we finally hit the jackpot, but while relaxing we heard what sounded like water coming out of the shower. Went to look. It was running out of the ceiling vent. It only lasted a little while and i was tired of moving. We went to dinner. Came back and went to bed. Second night i got up to use the bathroom and done something i didnt do the previous night...i turned the light on. There were about 7 roaches scattering. This is the most disgusting place i have ever stayed. And the girl at the front desk was far from friendly. She acted uninterested with the customers and stayed on her phone most of the time.

Was poop on the wall when we got there beds hard as rock most outlets done work and the bathroom floor was wet with someone's black foot prints onnit.toliet barley flushed and security lockbeas brook off door

Checkin lady had trouble finding the reservation made via Hotels.com, No breakfast was available the first morning, second morning VERY small quantity available, and staff reported that was all available. (12 small muffins, 6 apples, cereal no milk) Toilet paper holder broken off wall. Grounds around facility trashed. Restroom at.front desk (food service area) out of order Asked for an ADA room, they said they only had one ADA and it was out of order.

Very nice clean room

Liked nothing tried to give me dirty room then broken tv room third room ok. People are not nice at all.
