Spectacular place to stay. We stayed in 6 different hotels/B&Bs during this 10 day trip all around Scotland. By far the nicest out of all of them. Gorgeous room, excellent view. Very helpful/friendly manager who even made us a breakfast ahead of time since we were leaving so early. Perth wasn’t on our list of “must see” areas - we simply chose it for the convenience of driving to the airport in the morning. Wish we knew more ahead of time!!! We fortunately got to spend a good amount of time at the Scone Palace. Wow - our favorite out of all we saw. Only got an hour or so walk though the city and gardens after most places closed up. Wish we booked 2 nights!

Excellent breakfast - many options available to pick. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Refreshingly quiet when compared to hotels positioned within the centre of Perth. The bed was super comfortable and over-provisioned with pillows!
Recommended if you're looking to explore (on foot) Kinnoull Hill and Deuchny Woodland Park.

Lovely old clean well maintained house set in a gorgeous garden. Run by nice people who served me a really nice cooked breakfast. Only downside was the shared bathroom although it was clean, well kept and not too busy.

The place is lovely, breakfast is fab and it's perfectly situated to explore all that Perth has to offer.

It was welcoming and relaxing. The only thing we didn't like was that our stay was too short. You never know when you book a place, how you are going to like it. If I ever go back to Scotland I will stay here longer. The people working at the Sunbank House took such good care of us. If you stay here, please don't waste your time going to town to eat... we did and wished we hadn't. We did have one meal here and it was divine!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was of an excellent standard and there was a good selection and the tea and coffee facilities in the room were very good including fresh bottled water.

Amazing food, staff and views. Location was near enough to Perth that you could walk in for dinner but also far enough away from the busy city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Sunbank House hotel when we came to Perth to celebrate a family wedding.
The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was perfect.

Nice B&B experience. Comfortable rooms. Great hosts. Dinner looked amazing, but we booked last minute and it was too late. Breakfast was really good. We will use this as our home base next time. So much to see in and around Perth.

this home away from home was a delightful surprise. The wonderful owners make you feel welcome. Their home cooked meals should have 5 stars. The place needs some updates, but is very clean and is very close to downtown Perth.

Perth, although the city centre is not comparable to other scotish cities, like e.g., Stirling, St. Andrews or of course Edinburgh, is a good hub for excursions to the Grampians, the Kingdom of Fife or, taking in account a further travel time, the Lochs

Room omfortable but carpets had been cleaned that day and on our return in the evening the room smelt of carpet cleaning chemicals.THe room was close to the main road so sleep was disturbed by traffic noise.
Breakfast was good.
