Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The property was immaculately clean, and the comfort exceeded all expectations. Great location, and staff. Large rooms. The on the issue I had was the walls are thin. I could hear my neighbors on both sides full conversations as if they were in the room with me. Not great.

Staff was great, very friendly and very helpful. Room was just ok. No hot water, mold on floors, last room tucked in the corner at the end of the very very long hallway. No balcony or patio like shown in pictures, shower very small, not worth the money.

Excellent experience with the staff in every part of our stay including going over and above regarding an issue we had the first night. They resolved it quickly and better than we expected. We will definitely recommend it to others and stay there again if we make a return trip.

From the front desk to the bellman and the bartenders, the service could not have been better. We were exhausted from traveling overnight and they did their best to get us a room asap. The food was great, they went above and beyond sharing the history of the hotel (even took us to see the Roman baths under the hotel) and made sure we had safe honest drivers to take us everywhere. The room was exquisite and the bed was comfy. It is centrally located and is just a short walk to the hop on/off bus as well as quaint little restaurants. I would never want to stay anywhere else upon my return. Thanks for a great start to our vacation.

The hotel e view really beautiful. I book a room with a see view to stay for my birthday. When we arrived for check in after 5pm no clients wasn’t waiting in the reception but they made us wait for 20min afterwards they said “your room had upgraded “ well that moment I thought that why they so long. But I thanked for! However they put us in the room with no view and dusty smells. I think nobody books that room. Anyway I did a complaint and with a lot of effort they moved us to the room we had booked with see view. I was so disappointed and tired. It made me cried I had paid 6k for 2nights and had treated me that way.
After this problem solved we had a good trip. The first impression didn’t make me enjoy that hotel much.

It was so amazing! The manager/director Gusipeo ( I am sure I missed spelled his name)updated our room and we didn’t even ask for it. He greeted us every morning at Breakfast and gave us great site seeing ideas.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve traveled a lot…. The staff was great and my wife fell in love with the room….

Beautiful hotel excellent customer service, clean spacious rooms very comfortable bed. The morning breakfast was the best wide variety of items to choose from. I definitely recommend to anyone. I would go back again great experience.
