The breakfast juice dispenser had no OJ or peanut butter, the room was loud- when the AC kicked in, the toilet flushing and the bed was super squeaky.

Good value for the money. Initially, two employees gave me grief about my dog. One was scared of her. The other told me dogs aren't allowed. I showed both people her service I.D. card, and they apologized.

The staff was nice the room was clean. The flooring in the halls is tile, not carpet. You hear every noise that is outside your room which makes it really hard to sleep. People talking, walking, rolling their luggage, kids running the halls, any noise is heard in your room.

Shelly at the front desk was absolutely amazing and was so helpful when I messed up my reservation. She saw I was in distress, and delivered the most amazing customer service!

We enjoyed our stay, it was everything as advertised. The pool is in great shape and during these hot days was great to be able to use.

I had asked for room service in the morning, but it was 2pm and our room had not been clean yet. When they did decide to service the room, all was done were the beds. The floors were dirty and the towels were gone.

Horrible! The beddings aren’t changed after each stay. Upon checking in, immediately, I noticed hair on the bed and pillows. From suspicion, I decided to lift the blanket since the top comforter seemed wrinkled, and dear, when I tell you it was dirty, IT WAS. There were hair and crumbs on the bed, as if the last guest was eating snacks in bed. House keeping probably just made the bed with the same sheets and comforters to make it seem like they switched it out. In addition, the room has an odor, which was probably why they left the room wall AC on. The fridge also had left over food, two bottles of alcohol from the last staying guest, and the floors were not swept. There were crumbs and trash on the floors. I didn’t inspect the bathroom, as I left immediately to let front desk know. I took pictures of the room condition, however the front desk seems to be aware of the condition so he refused to look at the pictures. I didn’t stay and left the property. I requested a refund, however he was not able to approve the refund. He handed me a card and told me to call the number.

This hotel is perfect in every way! It is furnished in a tasteful mid century way. The check-in was was quick and efficient. My room has everything I need: A queen-sized bed with fresh linens and lots of pillows. A large upholstered side chair, and plantation shutters on the window to block out light. A closet, flat screen t.v., and a good-sized bathroom. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is conveniently located right next to a Denny’s and an In & Out burger restaurant. A nice breakfast display with several options is also provided. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Anyone wanting to shop at the outlet it’s a great place to stay. Everything is in walking distance.

I really like that this hotel is right by the outlets! Perfect for shopping, just a busy location at times.

Firstly, the front desk person was not there and we had to wait for 30 minutes, while being exhausted. Then, we finally get into our room and the floor is sticky everywhere (clearly had not been cleaned in a while). We had to wear socks the entire time while walking around and they were black after 5 minutes. There were hairs on folded towels that could have been used prior. There were make up marks on the walls, etc. would not recommend this hotel AT ALL COSTS. Go to a Marriott, pay the 60 dollars more. It is worth it.

First room I entered was dirty bed was not made and used towels were on bed along with tissues on floor so I was moved to a second room where the a/c did not work then finally the third room where around five am I met a cockroach in the bathroom
