This hotel was amazing! Our room and bathroom were much larger than expected, the sitting area had a beautiful view out the windows, and the private garden sitting area was beautiful. The room service and turn down service were wonderful and the restaurant was delicious!

I would stay here again without hesitation. Rada is also a beautiful hamlet.

Love the area this hotel is located in. Pool is beautiful. Rooms are very spacious and shower is good. Views from hotel are beautiful. This hotel has a lot of potential, but I can see why it's not perfectly rated. Service is mediocre at best. When we checked in we got almost no information (about the area, wifi, location or time of restaurant, location or time or pool, spa, etc). I felt like I was dragging out answers from the person who helped me. They also ONLY recommend their restaurant when there is a Michelin starred restaurant in town and several lovely options steps away from their hotel. Even when I wanted to buy a large water they said I should go to their bar instead of going to the mart down the street. There are no fridges as food offsite is not permitted. I also found several ants in my bedroom although this is likely just Tuscany not to do with the hotel. There are small things this hotel could do to make it 10/10 and more luxurious for guests. Include more information for guests who speak all languages in the information. Improve customer service. Add robes or slippers for guests (you do have a spa anyways). Consider small gifts or small things that can make your guests feel special and that your hotel and spa are worth coming back to. You've got all the right big pieces to make this a perfect stay for anyone.

i was happy to stay in a very calm village with a high standard hotel as they told us. Room is huge with a magnificent view and the old furniture they used is a great combination with the view. we had insects everywhere which i thought is normal until i got an insect bite with infection. They did not mention room was paid with no breakfast and shocked us with big amount we have to pay on the check out. Pool was so dirty and we had to get some stuff for breakfast after we found nothing on table!! stuff is limited and hiring one to do different kinds of jobs. That was the worst experience throughout my whole visit..

Wonderful staff, beautiful property. Only caution is that most of the Standard rooms are located on the noisy street with early morning vehicle traffic.

Fantastic location to make day excursions in Tuscany. Very familiar and great atmosphere. Wonderful building, nice rooms and a varm welcoming staff. Hard to find better

The Hotel Relais Vignale is an absolutely charming hotel in the most charming little village in Italy. The room had beautiful tiled floors with rustic beamed ceilings. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly.

Radda is a small village with several restaurants, including one at the hotel. It is a little pricey however.Staff were fabulous and so helpful.The pool was excellent.

This is a charming hotel in an absolutely beautiful hill town. Ive been here many times but first time in this hotel. Among the many many hill towns of Tuscany this rates at the top. We stayed in an annex across from the main building. I would have much preferred to have stayed in the main buildings. That would have improved the experience.

In addition to my previous review - I forgot to add that internet access is a hot mess! It was difficult to log in and service kept disconnecting - very frustrating

We were beyond disappointed with our stay. We had a very unclean, small room...it looked NOTHING like the pictures that were provided on the website for the classic double room that we selected. The room was dark, carpets had stains so bad that my husband and I wore our shoes in our room. We had asked if there was a different room and the hotel staff was not very nice or accommodating.They only had one room available which was a suite, that had the same disgusting carpet in it! This hotel has beautiful scenery and an amazing view from the pool...but everything else gets 1-2 stars. There were so many bees at the breakfast area, it was hard to enjoy the average meal and the below average coffee. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful trip in the Tuscan countryside...I would not stay here!

This hotel and town was recommended by my mother who had stayed there 4 years earlier. Radda is a beautiful and quiet little town in the hills of Chianti. If you're looking for nightlife and tons of shopping this is not your place. If you're looking for a relaxing stay with amazing local restaurants and a swimming pool at your disposal then this is the place for you. We were able to take day trips by car to Florence, Sienna, Pisa and a number of other beautiful towns. There are countless wineries in the area you can visit. I want to say hi and thank you to Patrizio at the front desk..CIAO! Patrizio! This gentleman speaks 5 languages and knows the entire area like the back of his hand. He has a sincere desire to help the guests enjoy their stay and went well above and beyond his normal duties to see that my wife and I were completely happy with our stay and our daily trips.

Overall, lovely location, great room, accommodating staff, old fashioned building and setting. Convenient wine 🍷 tasting was appreciated. Would be 5 if the insects were removed.
