2:20 p.m. in the hotel, check-in was refused because it only opens at 3 p.m., even though the room was free. But congress members (>30) were allowed to check in.
Then they said they would check what was possible, but they just lied and played for time.
I understand that checking in at 11 a.m. is not possible and costs extra, but 30 minutes earlier is possible at all other hotels if the rooms are available.
The room looked completely different to the pictures, the bed must have been very old, everything was showing its age. A normal 1-2 star hotel, the location is very good in the historic center

The toilet room 342 sometimes gets stuck flushing and the valve doesn’t close. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The sofa chair is unstable. I fell when I sat on it. Other than that , the maid did a great job every day cleaning and making our beds.

Despite it being in the middle of the city I had a restful sleep. I couldn’t hear any city noise from my room. The room also had AC which is a big plus.

Safety and accessibility to things was most important for me and this hotel was just that. They were helpful when I called before my stay for an amenity to be added in the room. Would definitely consider staying again.

The check in staff to Diana at the bar did an amazing job. Diana made me feel welcomed and appreciated she extended me an amazing time with great local information and definitely one of the best drinks in town. Will definitely make this my hotel of choice when I return. Thanks to the two wonderful ladies

Nice hotel in México City downtown. Great staff And service. Not a good choice if you preffer dark and silent rooms. Great location

Air conditioning in room very poor and it doesn't cool enough. Even complaining about it, they said they cant so much because it is the way it is.

Highly recommend Fiesta Inn and will definitely stay here again.
Centrally located to many walkable destinations; restaurants, coffee shops, stores, Barrio Chino, Zócalo, Teatro Metropólitan, etc. The hotel itself is on the top floor of a shopping Plaza, which is perfect for quick bites (Starbucks as well).
The metro is walking distance.
The room itself is simple with basic amenities, but served it's purpose. Clean & quiet. There wasn't a fridge in the room, but wasn't a deal breaker. The ac worked great. Staff were friendly & helpful. Overall, one of the best hotels I've stayed in when visiting Mexico City.

Staff was helpful however rooms are a bit tired, no fridge and though view was nice, it was a bit noisy

Great customer service!!!... They went above and beyond with the accommodation and their thoughtfulness. I shared with them that we were in Mexico City for an event celebrating my parent's wedding anniversary and manager sent them a dessert to their room. The room was on point and clean.

Nice hotel located in an area close to a lot of restaurants and places to visit. A Starbucks, McDonald, Krispy Kreme, KFC in the building. In front of Plaza Alameda.

Clean and centrally located. It’s a bit dated. When I arrived the TV didn’t work, but a service person arrived very quickly to fix it. I learned later that some of the lights didn’t work but didn’t bother with that. Nice staff.

I loved the location of this hotel. Perfectly centered in the heart of el paseo de la reforma. Everything we wanted to do was at a reasonable distance. I didn't like that the entrance to the actual hotel was hard to find. The very bottom floor is where the food court is and the corner of the hotel is the elevator to get you up to the lobby.

Front desk staff could not find my reservation. Had to cancel original reservation and tried again. Also, not very communicate about where te to find food and that front door would be close early morning. We had to walk around the building to find our taxi

Everyone at the hotel always makes my family feel welcomed. They always treat us with respect and go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and make our stay unforgettable.

Staff was friendly and always attentive to our needs. All the staff that we meet were incredibly helpful. If you need transportation around the city that is safe ask for Miguel and Uriel they made getting around Mexico City a breeze and we always felt safe! Our family had a fantastic time.
