Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent service.

Rooms were very clean and neat. Breakfast is good: Fried Rice, croissants, cheeses, yogurts, cereal Housekeeping was slow. Don't expect small requests to be fulfilled. Be sure to have your own power adapter, toiletries, and other necessities. The rooms only provide a towel. No complimentary water. No water kettle, no tea bags, no instant coffee.

Hotel is in great condition. Staff were very helpful and gave us an upgrade when they realized that the booked category was not available any more. All amenities of Miraflores within walking distance, and there is an excellent Pizza restaurant just across the street.

The staff was not polite and they were rude at my arrival time. Bathroom was poorly clean and daily service was also poor. Personel seem to lack of trainning and supervision.

We found that the hotel gave us easy access to very good restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach was within 1 to 2 miles of the hotel. Would not recommend trying to walk to the ocean. Traffic is nothing but CHAOTIC!!! Suggest you find a taxi driver you trust and work out a financial deal with him, to be your driver whenever you want to go somewhere. It worked out pretty good especially when getting to the airport. Across the street from the hotel is an oriental restaurant with good food. There are other shops in the same shopping center. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has wifi in the lobby and a faster wifi in each room which you pay for in local currency. If you have questions ask the staff, they all speak English.

very friendly people the hotel was kind of nice but they need new beds and mattress there were so hard and unconfortable to sleep but other than that the hotel has a nice location very short distance to the main streets

Front desk were very nice ,friendly and professional.The hotel manager took time to check with guess to see how you were being treated by staff.I am going back soon ,and I will make sure that I will get a room there!

I have stayed in this hotel twice while traveling to Lima. I go every year for work and some leisure time. The location is near the people I want to see the things I want to do such as visiting Larcomar and the Inca Market. There is a new grocery market across the street that has everything you could want. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The lobby is tastefully decorated. The breakfast is typical for this type of hotel. Not fancy but good quality. The hotel is not quiet. It is on a busy street, especially during morning commute time. Sleeping late would be very difficult here.

Our reservation for 2 nights at the hotel was confirmed with our special requests. The location of the hotel is perfect, and the supermarket in front of the hotel is very convenient. The staff was very very helpfull during our stay , really nice and charming.

From the moment I arrived the staff was very friendly. The staff were very attentive from the moment you come in to wen you leave. The room very clean and has internet access. I was able to charge my phone with no problem. I will definitely recommend and was close to all the restaurants and driving distance to night clubs.

The room was clean, breakfast was great, the staff were helpful and the bed was comfortable, but the only window in my room looked out onto an enclosed hallway, and it looked like this was the case for most of the rooms. Combined with bad lighting, this made the room not very pleasant to spend time in during the day.
