Overall the stay was perfect. They are doggie friendly which we needed since we are traveling with our dog. The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, but for one night it was fine. They were also nicely decorated for holiday!

The hotel was undergoing construction, and the windows were covered in plastic. The sheets and towels had suspicious brown stains resembling blood, and the walls also had unusual marks. At $332 per night, it did not feel like a good value for the price.

My stay was nice except the bed was as hard as a rock so had trouble sleeping. Most hotel beds when you lay down in just snuggles around you not these beds. They gave me an extra comfort to lay on but then I was without an extra blanket. They did try to accommodate but you need to look into new beds or some type of padding for guest who can't have a rock to sleep on.

We have never felt so accommodated at a hotel, before. They had a free cookie tray, fresh popcorn, coffees, hot chocolate and teas, as well as hot cider and fruit infused water in the lobby.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and the pool area was clean and the water of the pool nice and warm.
It is only a few minutes away from Jim Thorpe and offers a variety of nearby food.

Everything was great, there was renavation going on that woke me in the morning. The breakfast was great and the woman at the front desk as friend an told us about an anqitque place to go that was so much fun.

Very comfortable, quiet room. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Staff was exceptional, especially Madison at the front desk, the woman in charge of breakfast and the housekeeping staff. Great location for our visit to Jim Thorpe.(easy 10 mimute drive)

Quick stay proximate to family. Overall a fair price but current building construction created lots of noise that ran pretty late in the day…my room face where the lifts were therefore maximum noise while needing to keep the curtains drawn.

The comforter on the bed and the duvet, for the comforter was way too small. The pillows were way too soft. They weren’t like it was just mush. The bed was like harder than a rock. I think the floor was a lot softer than the bed was. The parking lot is all the way to the back of the building from the front entrance And you could hear the neighbors taking their showers and talking and it was not a joint room You could hear their water going on and off like it was so loud The way to get into the parking lot was awful because you have to drive like all the way down the road turn around and come back up the road like a mile mile a half there’s no direct entrance in

We went last minute to see a band at Penns Peak. The hotel was expensive but it was worth it to be close to the venue. Will probably go back again for some sight seeing.

Staff was super helpful and friendly! Our room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Wish we had brought swim suits to use the pool.

We stay here every time we come to visit family and friends in Jim Thorpe. Its a great location, clean, quiet and the staff is awesome. The breakfast here is phenomenal and if something comes up out of the ordinary the staff really does try to accommodate and go the extra mile. We love this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights for our rafting trip. Hotel is spacious with free hot breakfast and a good size indoor pool. Plenty of parking and pet friendly. Not walkable to any stores or restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Good for what we needed, a quick over night between places. Hotel has a nice back porch area. Room needed an update. (Old furniture and no sound proofing). We were on the first floor. Our view was the parking lot.

Staff are professional, check-in and out are fast, but for over $300 per night, you would expect something better. There is a strong wet smell upon opening the door, not sure if it's the towels that are not dry enough or something else, possibly the whole room. The hotel Wi-Fi basically didn't work the whole day. Disappointing.

I love how it smelled CLEAN. I have allergies and certain smells give me headaches and make me sneeze but the fact the air was so clear and smelled so clean was awesome. The breakfast was incredible!! The room was very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!
