A good drive through stay. Good night sleep in a quiet setting.

We have never felt so accommodated at a hotel, before. They had a free cookie tray, fresh popcorn, coffees, hot chocolate and teas, as well as hot cider and fruit infused water in the lobby.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and the pool area was clean and the water of the pool nice and warm.
It is only a few minutes away from Jim Thorpe and offers a variety of nearby food.

Everything was great, there was renavation going on that woke me in the morning. The breakfast was great and the woman at the front desk as friend an told us about an anqitque place to go that was so much fun.

Very comfortable, quiet room. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Staff was exceptional, especially Madison at the front desk, the woman in charge of breakfast and the housekeeping staff. Great location for our visit to Jim Thorpe.(easy 10 mimute drive)

Quick stay proximate to family. Overall a fair price but current building construction created lots of noise that ran pretty late in the day…my room face where the lifts were therefore maximum noise while needing to keep the curtains drawn.

The comforter on the bed and the duvet, for the comforter was way too small. The pillows were way too soft. They weren’t like it was just mush. The bed was like harder than a rock. I think the floor was a lot softer than the bed was. The parking lot is all the way to the back of the building from the front entrance And you could hear the neighbors taking their showers and talking and it was not a joint room You could hear their water going on and off like it was so loud The way to get into the parking lot was awful because you have to drive like all the way down the road turn around and come back up the road like a mile mile a half there’s no direct entrance in

We went last minute to see a band at Penns Peak. The hotel was expensive but it was worth it to be close to the venue. Will probably go back again for some sight seeing.

We stay here every time we come to visit family and friends in Jim Thorpe. Its a great location, clean, quiet and the staff is awesome. The breakfast here is phenomenal and if something comes up out of the ordinary the staff really does try to accommodate and go the extra mile. We love this hotel.

It was generally ok, friendly staff but they did not clean the room the next day as expected. They did send someone with towels but by then it was past 7:00PM.

Good for what we needed, a quick over night between places. Hotel has a nice back porch area. Room needed an update. (Old furniture and no sound proofing). We were on the first floor. Our view was the parking lot.

I love how it smelled CLEAN. I have allergies and certain smells give me headaches and make me sneeze but the fact the air was so clear and smelled so clean was awesome. The breakfast was incredible!! The room was very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The parking was a bit challenging they need more handicap parking there is not enough of handicap parking but over-all is a 4 to 5 stars hotel

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only negative i have was that our room was on the first floor. Which at first seemed to be convenient but soon realized it was not the best. Remoldeling was being done to the gym i believe and it was only three rooms done. At between 8 and 9 when we were trying to get some rest after traveling all day all we heard was drilling and noise.
