Nice friendly staff, but only one elevator wasnt enough for all the people. And not enough chairs on the beach. No towels for the pool either...

called front desk to come fix toiled and they never came to the room. Hotel offers WiFi and it doesn’t have WiFi. Rooms are as shown on the pictures. Would not recommend to stay there.

No wifi. Property needs a lot of upgrades. Pictures on expedia are not a true representation of property. Pool has too much chlorine. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was amazing. It's nothing fancy. But the hotel has the perfect location and the staff was so helpful. The hotel was sold out and we needed an extra room. So i called the hotel. They made sure we had 2 double beds. Room was very clean. And our balcony was huge. I could have a party for 20 on it if you wanted too. Can't wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful holiday.

Cleaning was bad. Little bugs are everywhere. Nothing to do around. Being on the beach is a great advantage. Yet not a bad option

Pool was not clean,rooms where not clean,they had rensvation going g on the entrance,no wifi in rooms, the restrant was close,had to travel 15 miles to do eat,shop to do any thing. For the same price we found hotels lots better. They where grouting the front floor entrance,it was a mess.

-Do not book this hotel. -Staff/service/hotel is awful -Could not get my refund because there policy states you will be charged for the 1st night even though you have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel.

This place is so easy to find and the location is right in the middle of everything. The street side is very noisy I would suggest the pool view or the ocean view which has a nice older patio to enjoy the view. I do not speak Spanish but the management did their best to accommodate us. I do not mind staying at an older motel and they keep the grounds in pretty good shape. The pool was enjoyable and the access to the beach is perfect.. Ok so the rooms could use a remodel but for the price is more then reasonable. I would go back in a heartbeat.. We did get to stay at the Mayan Golf resort, south Acapulco as well, so we got a chance to stay at the very nice and the older part of the city and we liked the difference..

The bed was rather hard, but the room was clean and the people working there were very pleasant. The view from our room was gorgeous! Plus, you really can't beat the location! It's literally right on the beach, with beach front restaurants situated around it. Its hard to beat for the price.

The location is very convenient but far from other activities in Acapulco . For the price is not bad , but it could be better. The staff are very helpful and the place is clean but the rooms are very small . I happen to know Spanish so, not sure if they speak English.
