Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay… more than 5 star hotels we had stayed lately. Service was amazing. Location was absolutely the best. Breakfast was great in a super cozy and elegant setting. Pool area was wonderful as well. The hotel staff was super courteous with parking which was a huge issue for our family traveling with a toddler. Their dining recommendations were equally good as well.

Very welcoming hotel which is stylish and in a fantastic location, central to everything and a few minutes walk from the ferry to explore the towns dotted around Lake Garda. There was a lovely garden to sit in which we enjoyed sitting in for breakfast. The breakfasts were plentiful with a good choice.. The staff are very kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good location near the ferry port and train station. No free water bottle provided and no free coffee facilities which is strange. The breakfast is ok. You have to pay for an omelette but scrambled/poched eggs and bacon are free. It's an ok hotel I was expecting more for the money I paid.

We booked an Executive Room with a Lake View and was placed in an attic room with a partial lake view. When querying this we were told that the room was an Executive room and can either have a full or partial view. Went to the pool and there are no toilets which means you have to go to your room. No drinks or food service at all but when queried this as it states on their website that there is, we were told this only happens during Summer. No Room Service, no food at all is served between breakfast and dinner. To get a drink at the pool, you have to go down to Reception and order the drinks and bring them up yourself. There is no phone at the pool to order a drink. Breakfast is good, staff are OK but a bit surly if you question them. Air Conditioning was intermittent, sometimes worked, sometimes not. Best part of the hotel is the location. To Pay over £260 Euros a night, we would expect a better service than this.

The staff surprised my husband with a delicious bottle of prosecco for his birthday. That was very nice.

Beautiful property just across the street from the lake. Be certain to book a lake view room.

Great hotel right on the lake and in the middle of town. Service was top shelf, staff professional and very friendly and the restaurant was top quality and reasonably priced. Our only complaint would ne no coffee or tea making facility in the room, but this is probably normal for the area. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby and the ferry terminal is right across the street. Take notr that there is a street market on Tuesday from 9 till 2, so plan your visit to catch this.

Amazing view from the room balcony onto the lake. Great location for bars and restaurants. High quality in-house restaurant too.

Comfortable hotel

Lovely hotel. 15 mins from station. Only area in Lake Garda with access to train station. Had a meal on the first night. Food was great. Only suggestion would be to have tea/coffee facilities in room. Maybe drinking water to be available. Unfortunately as it was raining didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Highly recommend

Excellent staff, clean and well kept room. The breakfast was brilliant and the service great. Restaurant was first class food! Would not hesitate to go back. Also in the perfect location. There was no noise from outside with the soundproofing.

This was a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay here, and it is convenient for the town centre and harbour for boats around the lake.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Reception staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Roof top swimming pool is great. Location can't be better. Everything was fabulous.

The Park Hotel provides a wonderful experience, not just lodging. The design team created several special spaces, in addition to lodging, to be enjoyed. The staff was very professional while being personable and friendly. Our room faced the lake and had a comfortable balcony which we enjoyed while relaxing. Breakfast offered an abundance of delicious foods and delicious cappuccino and baked specialties. The location was excellent- facing the lake with easy access to stroll lungolago to the other side of town. There were many shops and restaurants to enjoy. Upon arrival at the Desenzano train station, we pulled our rolling luggage to the hotel which was and easy walk, all downhill. We called a taxi when leaving. So sad to go. Well worth the experience!

Hotel is right at the water, only separate by a street. Also, the hotel is in walking distance of restaurants and stores. We've been greeted by friendly staff, and had rooms with lake view. The lake view rooms have a good size, with nice equipped bathroom. Only complain is the hard mattress (but that is my personal opinion). Hotel has a restaurant, which is also the location for the breakfast buffet. The only challenging part is the parking situation. The hotel has only a limited amount of parking space directly on the property. So, if the place is the busy, you maybe have to park at a nearby parking garage. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Park hotel.

This a fantastic place to stay. The location is great with view for the Garda Lake. The staff was just outstanding and made me feel welcomed every day. They assisted in ordering meals for delivery since dining in was not allowed in the restaurants due to COVID-19 restrictions. Due to a family emergency i had t cut my business trip short by one week and the hotel did not charged me for early checkout. The staff was very understanding of my situation and make my check out very pleasant. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice location, modern and clean rooms, super friendly staff. Unfortunately very small pool area - no chance to get a free sun bed between 10am and 5pm. Beside that highly recommendable.

Great stay at Park Hotel. Particularly liked the location and views. Rooftop pool was nice and clean. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned daily. Only issue was that had requested twin beds and room given had double bed; staff dealt promptly with this. Overall would easily recommend this hotel.
