Nice hotel, stayed one night before a cruise. They do offer cruise for a fee but you must find your own transportation to the terminal.

Great service and clean

Rerooms were clean but on the small sideally enjoyed the staff. Very friendly.

Had pre-payed through Expedia and was charged again at check in, receptionist couldn’t explain to why she charged me. Had to wait for next employee shift to be able to get a refund which I had to beg, manager explained they couldn’t get Expedia’s card number to charge (never heard of this used Expedia plenty of times without issue), finally was able to get a refund. Place was clean, but had that charge issue. Ask, Ask, Ask what the charges are for.

The night staff was annoyed that we were there. The lobby reeked of chemical cleaner. Our room had dirty carpet and the floor in the bathroom was sticky. In the morning, the breakfast staff was rude to my 11 year old. The milk cartons were soured and the coffee was empty. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6:30-9:30, we arrived at 8:30. I would not recommend, nor will I stay there again.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

The security guard Byron Martinez was rude and un accommodating. I left a review of his behavior on expedia and will email to holiday inn branch corporate. I will also refrain for booking a holiday inn/ or inn express again

The hotel location was in a unsafe area there was abandon buildings and Graffiti everywhere... the room was not clean there was something on the wall that looked Disgusting and there was stains on the covers there was a strange smell in the elevators

Bathrooms were smelly like the placed was backed up. Bullet holes in the window were a nice touch. Staff was nice, breakfast was great.

Everything was great except bad musty smell in elevators.

great location, 15 minute drive to canal st. where the rest of our group stayed and paid triple because of the music fest. room's were clean, staff was very friendly and out going. also free parkin and breakfast....

The hotel was a good choice for a weekend getaway. Easy access to the freeway and breakfast is included. There are also many restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly while maintaining a good kevel of professionalism. Only complaint was that housekeeping did not do a great job of cleanup. A small glass item broke and a piece of the glass remained on the floor even after they supposedly cleaned the room. Yes I was testing how well they cleaned and was a little disappointed. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

I love the staff. The receptionists and housekeeping was very professional and helpful. The property was clean and the breakfast there was good. The only thing that disappointed me was the pool not being clean.

The desk girls were a blast even though she burned the cookies😠we ate it anyway. Rooms were clean and decent and close enough to French quarter

The customer service was horrible and I could not even get clean towels!

The property was not terrible but it was not good either. We had one of the larger rooms (it read it slept 7- not sure where the 7th person would have slept). We had two queen beds and a pullout couch. The queen beds were not comfortable but we managed. Just a few aches the next day. The pullout bed was horrible, the springs could be felt when you laid down. We asked the lady at the desk, who phoned her manager to assist us, with providing another bed from another room or some other solution, we were told we just had to deal with it. So we used several extra blankets to try to make it tolerable for our two younger children who had the unfortunate experience of sleeping on this bed. The hotel was decently clean, except for the large circle stain on the pull down curtain (not sure what happened here) and we had to request new sheets on the pull out as it had stains on the sheets too. Breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel like this, nothing special but edible. The area looks pretty rough surrounding the hotel, but we didn’t have any problems and they kept the main entrance locked down at all times. If you have low expectations then you won’t be disappointed in staying here, however if you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is probably not the place for you.

Ms Nicole was very friendly and property and room is very clean.
