Great small hotel, very clean & right on the center of all the attractions, restaurants, & shops. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Nice coffee shop right below the restaurant for breakfast & daily coffees. Loved staying at this hotel.

Excelent location, building and staff

The room was very small overall. The bed was comfortable. The only window was a small sky light. This particular room is not pictured on the hotel website. Breakfast was good. We added parking and I must say the access to the parking garage was somewhat difficult to find and a bit nerve wracking to navigate through the garage as it was so narrow! Overall, a good one night stay at an appropriate price.

Close to the city centre and monumental area

Good location and close to the city centre, so perfect for visiting, and seeing the sights. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

The hotel is very well located and the staff was probably the nicest I’ve ever encountered. The woman at the reception spent a long time telling me what to see in the city, and the cleaning lady at my floor was super helpful and cheerful when I had a problem with the hair dryer. In terms of the room, it was fine and clean. You could tell it was a bit weary, but it served its purpose just fine. Finally I’d like to review the parking. Other comments mentioned it was very hard to find and not suitable for non Europeans due to the narrow streets you had to go through, so naturally I was worried to use it. So much I found another parking a few blocks away to avoid the hassle, but when I got to it it was closed and so I decided to give the hotel parking a chance. I’m not a European, and I could manage to get to the hotel parking and park in it just fine. And I was driving a small SUV. So I should point out that the parking is not only easy to get to, but also very suitable for most drivers and cars. Not to mention convenient.

Very convinient to get all attractions, near Plaza Mayor. There's underground parking not far from hotel, 13,65 EURO for 24 hours, it is better than to use their small parking not for all cars. The room was big, very clean.

Bed need to be upgraded Noisy when on the street side

If you are driving, the property is very hard to find. Parking is very tight and A/C is not working.

A warm welcome and very helpful. A good room, albeit with a slightly cramped bathroom and an excellent breakfast with a splendid selection. Ideally situated to view all the sites in a wonderful city just a few seconds away. Would definitely book again. Muchas gracias Ikonik!!!

Very central location close to everything. No parking available on arrival Le despite requesting it. Very noisy all night till 5am.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is great -- across the street from the central market and a block from the Plaza Mayor. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral. Beware: the WiFi is very poor in the rooms. The staff was very helpful, but if you depend on WiFi, plan on spending time in the lobby.

It was cheap, so 3 stars about right. And while appartment was clean the shower needed a complete re-new...

This hotel is located just steps from the Plaza Mayor. Rooms art the back will be quieter, there are late night bars around, it’s a student town. We slept fine. The parking here is the smallest and most challenging I’ve done to date. If your not European, use a spotter, my husband helped me navigate the very narrow passage and into the tiny parking garage. The good news is, once your parked, there’s a real sense of satisfaction! You can drive right up to the hotel to unload your bags, the parking is just metres away. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Great location. Recommend paying for parking. We were 2 minutes from the main square. Close to all sites. Front desk very helpfull.

Excellent hotel with nice service and perfect location. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Very convenient with a parking garage under the hotel in this crowded area.

Great spot, right by the plaza, close to all historic places and restaurants. Room was nice and clean. Parking was good to have, but it was very small and hard to maneuver around. Staff were friendly and helpful.
