Wonderful hotel with a great location bordering old town. Their restaurant is awesome. Staff is professional and attentive. Car is brought around in 5-10 minutes. Clean and quiet. I’ll be back!

Le Capitole was an excellent place to stay on our visit to Quebec City. The staff was attentive and the room was very comfortable. I would especially recommend Le Capitole because it is on the edge of the gated city and the gated city is tourist overload. We were able to get where we needed within the walls, and, exploring the real Quebec City outside the walls was easy from this location.

Convenient location. Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Room is spacious and cozy with modern technology amenities that you need. Their service is excellent and every staffs there are very nice and helpful. Definitely will come back again.

This is supposed to be a 5 star quality hotel: the good 1. rooms are very clean and very comfortable; location is excellent; valet service is friendly and excellent; the teatro staff is excellent and the breakfast wonderful; the concierge is wonderful; the bad: the reception staff is dismal and requires training and professionalism e.g. asked for a weight to weigh luggage was told would get a call back in 2 minutes, never called; reception gave conflicting advice as to being moved form one room to another and then decided apparently at 6:30 am to leave us in the same room without telling us after having packed our bags in prep for the move these are but two examples. They need better training that one would expect from a "luxury hotel". I hope that they change and start training reception staff properly.

Great location, very pretty rooms, everything was clean, staff was very helpful!

The minute we parked in front of the hotel, staff members were ready to assist us with valet parking and check in. A little gem nestled just outside the old city.

Helpful staff

Room was too warm at night with no air circulation. Impossible to change fan speed nor the temperature; Curtains were dirty (stain..blood?). TAp in bathroom not fixed properly... not what I expected for $700/night.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Le Capitole Hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent roof-top pool and bar with an unique view of old and new Quebec City, perfect location for walking the many hills and steps of the city. Room was immaculate. No down-side at all!

Our stay was excellent, service was impeccable. Front desk was extremely helpful especially Israel. We are staying again next year!

Luxurious hotel and convenient location. We were able to walk to all the restaurants. No need for our car the whole time we were there. Hop on hop off bus close by.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent - we had the best night of sleep. Very well situated to tour around the downtown, lots of great restaurants close by, with friendly staff.

Incredible hotel! We would definitely stay here again! The hotel restaurant became our favorite one, we ate several meals there!

A beautiful hotel. Courteous and competent staff. Bellmen could have assisted taking bags from our car and up to the room but other than that, everything was great.

Le Capitole was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walking access to lots of restaurants and shop in old Quebec City. Beautiful view from the piscina balcony on the 9th floor. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk spoke English and French and were very helpful in recommending restaurants and walking routes around the city. Would definitely go back and stay with them again.

Great Hotel! Clean. Very kind and friendly staff. Wonderful valet service ($40 per day though) . Room was on the smaller side for the price but location to the quaint area of Quebec City ( old Quebec) was fantastic. We didn’t eat onsite but there were food options. Had drinks at the bar. Pricey but great service. Pool was very adult oriented which we really appreciated. All in all we would recommend this hotel.
