Checked in, checked the room, and checked our view. We were in a corner room so our balcony was getting all of the water from the air conditioners above on to our balcony. We notified the staff that you were getting Splash back from air conditioners above and are un able to use the balcony. They said "We will look into it give us 2 hours and will call you with an update." We went about our way and never got an update. When we came back and asked what was the outcome they said "It was fixed" They WERE VERY Short and projected they were annoyed and did not really care. Unfortunately, we're going to look into other hotels this one in particular is starting to show its age and we don't feel welcome. We've been coming here for 5 years and it just continues to decline in amenities as well as the respect of the staff. $300 off season is quite pricey for the inconvenience we had to put up with.

The hotel is clean, staff was great. The only problem is the mattress needs to be changed it’s too hard like laying on a brick double beds.

Location, location, location. Sit by the pool overlooking the boardwalk and the beach. A short walk from everything Rehoboth has to offer. Restaurants on site are decent far and good drinks, but like the hotel nothing stellar or a great value. You’re paying for location here. Same tired beach beds, linens, and decor. The pull out sofa killed my back. Grandson loved everything— goal accomplished.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Sands! The front desk staff should be commended for their friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism. I booked the room as a last minute trip for my parents, and shared that my father was in a wheelchair. The woman working at the front desk who checked us in went above and beyond to help us get registered/settled and have everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Great location. Loved the balcony. Hotel is very large and has many different entryways.Not marked well on the inside to know where you are going. Got lost a couple times. Overall, the room was good. Some minor issues but it suited the purpose!

Location was great which was one reason we chose it. Walk to everything. Loved the on site parking. Boardwalk and beach were steps away. Easy check in/out. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was very clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable, except for the sofa pull out..they need to be changed. You can feel the springs, very uncomfortable.

Enjoyed the location! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Biggest deterrent was being at the end of the hall, next to the ice maker. Woke us early in the morning. People from floor above also banging the hallway door to get ice☹️

It was amazing. The pool was great and so close to the beach. The on-site restaurant and servers at the pool were fantastic!!

North worth it for the price! Close to $500 per night for us. The hotel seemed old and rugs and walls looked run down. The beds were nothing great but not horrible either.their pillows were not good, missing mirror in room and broken hairdryer. Pool towels tiny and just not impressed. Location is great but it was very busy at that area too.

We loved having an oceanfront balcony…and very close to restaurants, stores and other attractions.

While the room was comfortable enough, and the location was spot-on, the hotel is old. Not old in the nice, quaint way, but old in a musty, not-sure-if-everything-is-clean way.

We had a room with no balcony and the place definitely is showing it's age. Very much needs an upgrade.

We loved our stay at Atlantic Sands hotel. The location was perfect and close to all the Rehoboth shops and the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the staff was super kind and accommodating. The pool was perfect and having the Kiwi grill attached made it great to grab a meal or drink while enjoying the pool. Would definately stay again and recommend to anyone.

Pull-out bed frame was broken and mattress cover was dirty in our room. Our tub also had mold and mildew. There were no fountains to fill up thermos'. Water in plastic bottles were available for purchase, which we found surprising due to the pollution concerns with our oceans.

Great location. Building could be updated. It is pretty outdated. AC unit is extremely loud. But staff is very helpful and friendly. A lot of hotel visitors go down when the pool opens at 9am. And put towels on the lounge chairs then go to the beach for a couple hours. No where to sit by 9:30 am

I liked it's location near to the "activity" but not so close that it was distracting. I liked the Kiwi restaurant and it's staff. The elevator though seemed a bit slow, but I guess if you are leveraging kids, chairs and beach stuff, it needs to be a bit slower. I wasn't. Otherwise, it was a stay that I felt comfortable with and enjoyed.

The WiFi isn’t free, the entrance is a joke- talk about no room to get anything in or out, not exactly wheelchair friendly ramp/entrance, the beds are soooo uncomfortable, staff barely interact even to say hi, just like a bunch of teens are all on their phones messing around even at the front desk… until Friday, big weekend crowds coming in I’m sure. One staff member was nitpicking about bringing “outside food” to the pool area (with absolutely no signs in the pool area saying you can’t), sorry but if the kids want pizza you don’t have it at your tiki bar adjacent from the pool- you already charge $10 for a hotdog there so I can not imagine what you’d charge for a pizza. Overall the room was mediocre for the price, I’ve stayed in better best westerns than this place. Half the tv stations listed on their guide didn’t come in, not that we watched more than an hour at night just to wind down, it’s the principal. If you smoke look elsewhere because there isn’t even a designated smoking area for you to sit and enjoy your coffee. I am also quite certain the only pleasant people I met overall were smokers, and the area is basically smoke free literally everywhere- but you could be putting sunscreen on and look at anyone’s a$$ everywhere you turn. We saw more a$$ on that beach and boardwalk with kids than we should have.

The location is great, right by the beach. However, the walls are thin— I could clearly hear the conversation from the next room. The restaurant is only open until 8 and the vegetarian options were minimal. Checkout at 11 am promptly. For $200 on a summer weekday, I would not complain, but our one night stay was in excess of $400.
