Stayed here one night on our road trip.
The place is very nicely renovated and updated. Very clean. Service is good. People are polite. Room is comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in Rapallo and this hotel was perfectly situated. The front desk staff were amazing except for one and the breakfast was out of this world delicious with so many amazingly delicious food choices. The staff in the restaurant and the Roof Top Bar were exceptionally friendly people who wanted to ensure we were happy at all times. Will definitely return and recommend this hotel!

The location could not ve better, close to the port and to the old town with the shopping area.The room was spacious and comfort. The breakfast was excellent and tasty, and the staff at the front desk were very helpful.

I arrived at the hotel a little early exhausted by the train rides. I was warmly greeted by Rueben, whose customer service was outstanding! He worked very hard for me to be able to check in early, along with offering me an incredible upgrade to a room with a balcony and view. I was overwhelmed with joy seeing the beautiful room and view. This hotel is gorgeous, and has a beautiful rooftop bar, with an incredible view. I have decided to stay another night, because of the staffs outstanding service, and the beautiful hotel it is.

Exceeded expectations. The standard room was fabulous, large, a fantastic shower with multiple jets. The breakfast was excellent where you had a vast selection and could sit inside or on the terrace. The rooftop bar was fantastic in the evening, and associated service and vibe was great!! Reception staff organised parking for my car for 19E overnight and drove it off and returned it with zero fuss. The location can't be beaten.

This has to be one of the best hotela in Rapallo. The front desk staff is especially attentive and accommodating, especially Elizabeth, who assisted with our arrival and departure. The breakfast servers are very professional and always served us with a smile on their faces! Breakfast spread is abundant and even luxurious. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in town or nearby.

Hotel very good on the whole and the breakfast was excellent. Property was very clean and the staff friendly. It's an ideal location for exploring Rapallo and the coast but note that the sound proofing across the hotel could do with improvement - we could hear pretty much everything going on in the rooms which were next to ours!

The rooftop bar was excellent, we went every night after we had dinner. Hotel has no restaurant but there are lots of places nearby. Some other facilities lacking, however gym and spa are being added

I highly recommend this wonderful hotel! Very clean, newly renovated rooms, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing....right in front of a free beach, and on Wednesdays a beautiful market. Steps away from the winding streets of the old town, with shops, restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops galore. The highlight of this hotel stay was the absolutely fabulous rooftop bar with unbeatable views of the sea and the surrounding hilltops. You won't need dinner.... after just ordering one cocktail each, they bring a generous 3 tiered tray of delicious bites of local specialities (included in the price of the 15/16 euro cocktail).

Perfect location, extremely helpful staff, AC worked daytime not nighttime in our room as opposed to another couple who had luck with their AC even during the night.
The breakfast hostesses had a wonderful smile that greeted us in the mornings. Thank a to Elisabeth and Ruben for being so cordial.

Loved this hotel and its location. Close to beach, great restaurants and walking distance to train (6-8 minutes). The staff is exceptional as well. Loved our room and we needed to stay an extra night and front desk staff were very accommodating during a busy summer season. In the US a Best Western is mediocre- in Rappolo it is the BEST.

Location was great. On corner/street facing ocean by seaside promenade on the bay.
Lots of restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk.
Outstanding roof top bar where you could sit and enjoy a spectacular view of Rapallo bay at night. Blankets offered if chill. Great cocktails.

Hotel Tigullio is in a prime location for the coast line restaurants, the ferry to numerous locations, including Portofino. We really enjoyed the hotel, especially the SkyBar. Our room was very clean, comfortable and the staff were all helpful. It was a very enjoyable few days.

You can easily walk from the train station down to the hotel. 5-6 minute walk. If you stay here, you have to make it a point to get up the rooftop bar.

We found the hotel right in the middle of the town. surrounded by bars and restaurants and a lovely walk through shaded, busy, ally's in the old town. Close to the beach and the ferry to Portofino. Portofino is too busy and full of tourists. The rooftop bar was a revelation. Watch the moon rise over the bay sipping a cocktail. Spot on. No swimming pool, if you are that inclined. Parking is across the street. Had a lovely stay and will return.

Hotel advertised as having A/C however we were told they were prihibitted to use untio 06/15. This waa not explained in advertisement.
We had to keep windowa closed becauae construction under our room. Very uncomfortable without A,/C.

Rapallo is our new favorite location in Italy. Our hotel was great too walking distance from the Rapallo train station close to everything. Shopping , dining and sightseeing. Sky lounge is a great touch and the complimentary tower they bring is worth staying in this hotel.

Lovely location in the heart of Rapallo! Loved our balcony view and also the wonderful rooftop bar. The staff were very helpful in directing us to getting to Portofino - during the Tour of Italy bike race excitement

The hotel is really nicely located, close to the train and situated on the waterfront. Beautiful view from our room. Don’t miss out on the great breakfast!
