We liked apartments , they were specious with amazing sea view ! Balcony really great and nice to chill ! We spent one day in aqua park so it was really close to there , just few Km away from our hotel. We used little motorbikes to drive around , they are really cheap and everywhere around Sanya ! So from our location we could go anywhere. Also liked service of stuff , they registered us earlier than usual time and we also left after 12.00 for check out and they didn’t disturb us about it! 10 point for stuff for their assistance and a fast respond whenever we need them! Also sent us all locations that we needed to visit. Overall great stay experience!

The only thing is that beach which is really close to apartments ,you can’t swim because of the waves and the nearest place where is allowed to swim in 7 km away : 20 mins with taxi and around 30 if you drive mini motorbike ! But for visiting Atlantis aqua park it’s perfect location.

Upon arrival our hotel room had several problems, the fridge did not work and had cockroaches crawling inside, the wifi did not work on the second day, cleaners rudely entered our room at 10am and refused to leave until they’d “finished cleaning” which they did a half-hearted job of. On top of this, the pool photo they use doesn’t actually belong to the hotel and requires additional charges if you wish to swim in it. Staff never apologized for any of the problems we brought up and showed no sympathy. Please do not waste your money here! The staff have no social skills and show little to no respect for customers. There are so many more hotels close to this one that are all much better value for money!

Good value for the money. If you plan a trip to Atlantis water park then this is a great option for reasonable price!

The experience is good for the value. The staff were accommodating. Since they are not English speakers, we exchanged WeChat for convenient communication. They were attentive and friendly. The Chinese breakfast was good and cheap for a buffet (¥50). The apartment was clean and serviced daily. The property is attached to a 5 star hotel which made for beautiful scenery and just a few minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of taxis and food delivery nearby.

The bathroom has no ventilation, so it became smelly. There are no fresh vegetable stand nearby, food must be delivered or eat at a hotel/resort. Pictures advertise a pool and terrace but there is a fee for both. One of the beds was very hard.

Apartment style. Great gardens.

No equipment in kitchen. Smell from bathroom. No free use of pools.

I was really please with my stay here. Despite being a foreigner and it being the middle of Covid 19 and the Chinese New Year approaching the staff was incredibly helpful and made sure I got checked into my room with a minimum of delay. The staff there were everywhere, in the lobby and in the office, and they were happy to help and give me information. XiaWu in particular answered a hundred questions about the facilities for me. He made my stay much easier. These apartments are sitting on one of the most beautifully landscaped hotels I have ever seen with lush tropical foliage and beautiful swimming pools everywhere. (Note I was disappointed that due to covid booking.com guests are not allowed to use the swimming pools which are the property of the high-end hotel. I hope this will not be the case once the virus is over. ) There are several very nice al fresco restaurants on the property, a little expensive but excellent service in English and amazing ambiance by the pools and fountains. The 13f bar and infinity pool are stunning but off limits to booking guests during covid. My large 2BR apartment was clean and huge with sweeping views of the sea and the mountains. The large balcony was great for reading and having a drink.

There are no dishes for cooking in the kitchen despite having a large nice kitchen and fridge. Just a few cups. The swimming pools are closed to booking.com guests but hopefully that's temporary.
