We stayed one night at the hotel before heading off on a cruise. It was very comfortable & breakfast was included which was an added bonus. The hotel was within walking distance of the train station & the old part of the town where there were plenty of options for dinner. The staff were friendly & helpful with suggestions of what to visit & organised a taxi to take us to the cruise terminal the next day.

Breakfast was excellent with the wait staff going out of their way to accommodate. Front desk equally accommodating. Would recommend to anyone going out of cruise port.

I loved the convenient location of this property, and it was slightly hidden or tucked away from traffic. The room was cute, comfortable, and great shower. It was filled with little items like snacks and water. The people managing the property were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this cute little spot, and I would go back here if ever in Venice again.

A walkable spot, close to bus station and old city. The hotel was full of character with lovely sitting rooms inside and out. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and lovely, the bathroom was dated. The room was spotless and comfortable.

The waiter at breakfast was very attentive and incredibly friendly, as was the receptionist The hotel is very comfortable and within easy walking distance to the centre (3 or 4 minutes) We got a day pass that allowed us to view all the major sites, which I would recommend

This hotel is near the train station in an old palazzo. The rooms have very high ceilings and the furniture is old, but the bed was fine. Things were clean. Breakfast was fine .it was also close to the information center, so it was perfect for us.

Nice hotel in an old palace with a central location. Breakfast was the most phenomenal high quality spread I've come across in all my travels (to 100+ countries): burratina, good prosciutto, walnuts with chestnut honey, real juice, real coffee, proper baked goods. Finding the free parking was not immediately obvious, so it's worth contacting the hotel prior to arrival for details (you need to buzz at a door on a perpendicular street).

The shower could have been cleaner, black mold in the corners, tile floor needs replaced in the shower too.

The service was great, wonderful service by staff, the location was great (near to the train station and all the mosaic attractions in Ravenna), the water pressure in the shower was decent. As a nice touch, the hotel puts out bowls of candy. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is of first-rate quality.

Beautiful, excellent location. Close to many restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was plenty and well done. I’m going to miss all the cappuccino drinks. Two of the three days, a very pleasant young man who assisted the breakfast area. He was so sweet, a bit loving. ❤️

The location was good and parking on the property was very convenient. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Walking distance to the station. Staff friendly and helpful. Our Italian language is non existent but the staff fluent in English. Outdoor area fabulous for a quiet afternoon drink or breakfast. We canceled another hotel so we could stay here again on our return from a cruise.

I think this hotel is possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff are excellent! The breakfast is perfect! Within walking distance to all the heritage sites! Restaurants are incredible!

The hostel is lovely and my room was quiet, even if it overlooked the main street. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from Ravenna’s train station. It’s also within walking distance to the city’s main attractions. The room we received was larger than the one we originally booked - we reserved a standard twin room and received a large one with a king bed, a separate twin bed and a spacious bathroom. The extra space was greatly appreciated. The room itself was basic, but clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we expected (toiletries, mini fridge, safe, etc.). The air conditioner didn’t do much to cool down the room - the temperature never went below 24°. The common areas of the hotel are well looked after and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a large enough selection. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay in this converted palazzo.

Beautiful hotel in a very central location, and free on street parking with voucher provided by the hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Possible to eat breakfast in the garden and sit out there at other times which was lovely.

Gorgeous hotel in central Ravenna with the loveliest staff. We were able to check in early. We had one of their smallest rooms and it was perfect for our overnight stay. We were travelling on our tandem bicycle and locked it safely in the courtyard overnight. The breakfast buffet was amazing - eggs, hams, avocado, fruits, salad, breads, cereal, cakes, juice, tea and coffee.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. From reception to bar to breakfast staff, we had the best experience and everything we had asked for was accommodated. We stayed here before our cruise out of Ravenna, there were 9 of us and they were able to get us transport to the port without any problem. Beautiful hotel.

An over the top breakfast! One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Everything was made with uniquely local high quality ingredients that one does not find in US grocery stores. The cheeses, fruits, charcuterie, torts and cakes were all amazing.
