One of the better Holiday Inns we've stayed in over the years.

Keys didn’t work and have to go back and forth from 2nd floor twice, … they have to change rooms because kids jumping from 3rd floor were making terrible noises on the ceiling, and breakfast was ok but not great … at the end not a pleasant experience 😔

The front desk manager was great! All IT was down when we arrived and he handled it with grace and leadership. The room and hotel overall was lovely. modern, and clean. Our only complaint was that the breakfast was a bit lack luster. But we're there for the room not the food.

Excellent hotel for me! Very clean, very quiet, friendly staff adequate amenities, decent breakfast. I have nothing to complain about. Surrounding area is not wonderful. Not scary, just not very attractive.

Very pleasant stay and full breakfast. The owner came out and asked my mother if everything was to her satisfaction. There was a large variety of guests there from construction workers, business men and travelers.

Hotel was close to downtown Stroudsberg and other areas, property was clean and well kept, staff was helpful. Breakfast in the morning wasn't great, but was hot and replenished quickly, including scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, breads, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy. Sadly no waffles or pancakes, but additionally, coffee was always readily available.

No laundry machines available. Had to go offsite to do laundry. Crowded by local sporting event bookings. View was the back parking lot, swimming pool was cloudy.

We stayed 5 nights at Holiday Inn Express the staff and cleaning was wonderful. We went in the pool daily although the water was warm and the pool area very hot we did enjoy the use. Tge parking was great and it was near many restaurants and stores

We checked-in late around 10 pm coming from Houston, TX and there was nobody at the front desk. I had to call the number provided of the manager on duty. To my surprise, Jojo, the manager who was not onsite, not on the clock, answered the phone and apologized profusely and reached out to someone to check us in. I have my hats off to him as I initially thought that he was the owner to have such great concern! He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty! The hotel is only half an hour from Bushkill Falls, Dingman’s Falls, and Raymondskill’s Falls. Over-all, it’s a good one-night stay on our way to upstate NY!

AC was very noisy and very loud the entire night. The pool was dirty. Breakfast did not have many options and felt small. The front receptionist was not friendly and was very rude.

Last minute decision to get a hotel room. Flight was in late and we needed a place to crash. Man did we hit the jackpot. Was perfect for our family of 5 for a quiet overnight with a solid breakfast in the morning.

The only improvement is to install a full size mirror. We were in Town for a graduation and I couldn’t check my full outfit in a mirror. The only one was in the bathroom.

Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable but in need of some updates and re-painting.
Jojo, the guest service manager, and pretty much everything else was very attentive and accommodating. He really tried his best with what he could offer. Holiday Inn owners should pay that man more. This location could do a little better with the breakfast options, especially since the pancake machine was out of service.

Overall it was a good experience, my wife liked the breakfast a lot, we love the pool for our kid. The only thing that I didn't like was the noise early in the morning say 3 am and 4 am but I understand it's out of you control.
