This hotel had such potential. We were lucky to book a junior suite for a concert in Dublin. Check in was appalling. The guy who checked us in was very non plus about his job. The bed however was superb. We slept very well despite being near the lift. Please eat at Sparks near the hotel. Food and service delicious.

Our stay was very convenient for our purposes. We did feel it was overpriced for what it was, but that was primarily due to the events going on in the city at the time of our stay. There are no refrigerators in the room or A/C for anyone that needs those.

We arrived very early for check in and were able to store our luggage until the room was ready, allowing us to go off for the day. Staff were attentive but not invasive. Hotel is clean, room was on the small side (triple), had plenty of plug socks. Dublin was abnormally hot and there is no in room temperature control, not expecting air con but wondered about the cold months and how you would set it to your liking. Breakfast is excellent and great value. However, whilst the location is accessible, there is what can only be described as a public crack den outside the front door. If you are wary or not a confident traveller this is probably something to be mindful of.

We loved our stay and the balcony offered a pleasant view over the city. The domestic and repetionist on duty when we arrived were extremely polite and accommodating. Will definetly make it our hotel of choice when returning to Dublin

Very little amenities. Poor bar, no air-con . In a rough part of the city . Oscar bar and restaurant beside the hotel is great .

friendly, clean. Not a wide selection for breakfast and even less of a selection for evening meal.

All the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. There was a good selection for breakfast options, however the cooked breakfast on offer was at best only luke warm. It is slightly out of the way of the centre of Dublin, but still everything was reachable by foot ( 20 - 30 minute walk , depending on your pace) . We had one evening meal in the hotel. It was a limited menu, portion sizes were small , I had a pasta dish that was again only luke warm and greasy ! Despite this it had a nice taste. We chose this hotel as it had a balcony which I hoped would give me the convenience to have a smoke outside without having to go down and out of the hotel at night as I often have a broken sleep. However there were signs on the balcony doors that forbid smoking on the balcony , which meant I had to get dressed and go out of the hotel at night for a cigarette. When the room provides an outdoor space and does not allow smoking , then this should be made clear on the site for those booking. The hotel did not offer anything special regarding facilities or the area for us to return to this hotel or book this chain of hotels again.

Friendly & helpful staff. Next door to convenient store that had healthy food options and an awesome salad bar every day! Walking distance to public transit and to many cafes and even a laundry mat, if needed. However, the hotel offered to do my laundry as well and return it at the end of the day all cleaned! I would stay here again!

The location of the hotel was top notch. But that was the only god thing about this hotel. It was grumpy staff members checking us in. The cleaner did not clean our room until we complained. The cleaning was very badly executed. The staff at breakfast was unhelpful and the breakfast itself was a disaster. It was disgusting to say the least. We were afraid to get sick from the things that they served. The only explanation we have to all this is that the location makes people book this hotel and that’s what makes them stay in business. Do not stay here that’s all we have to recommend.

Amazing experience for first time in Dublin. The area is a little bit dodgy but as long as you book a taxi on nights out then it’s fine! The hotel had everything we needed, it was super nice and really comfortable! The only thing that could be improved is the aircon front. We only had a small fan and it got boiling in the room. We just kept the window open and the fan on all the time and it was ok! Honestly very pleasantly surprised at this place! Would recommend!

Very good location, near Ireland's oldest pub.

The hotel met expectations for a quality business hotel. It had convenient access to restaurants, a grocery store, and mass transit.

Perfect sized room and good location for activities. Night manager was super helpful and so accommodating. He even made us a drink at the bar himself!

Great location, room was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a balcony- although slight smell of smoke from people smoking on roof maybe?

The room was tidy and the staff was helpful and friendly and there was easy parking near the hotel. The room doors are very heavy and, along with the fire doors every three rooms or so, there are doors slamming throughout the night - even white noise and a fan could not stifle that noise. Also, the duvet is too heavy for summer, and there’s no air flow through the room, so sleeping is very uncomfortable. I did not get much sleep at all.

Hotel was just ok the beds weren’t great no bar opened & it was Saturday so can’t see why it wouldn’t be. Staff was lovely but wouldn’t stay again
