The hotel had window dressing changes from Wingate. It had no microwave or coffee maker in room! The breakfast was decreased to bagels and muffins. The coffee and apple juice was watered down. The price had increased moderately since the change for less comfort. We will not go back after staying there for yrs during college football trips. We will stay at Baymont Inn which is better now

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They are renovating and it is a mess. AC didn’t cool well. Sink stopped up. Smelled

The property was still being renovated. First floor rooms were being painted. Elevator was rough but useable. Breakfast bar was lacking. Eggs were apparently canned and sliced to look like fried, but tasted boiled. Sausage patties were dried out. No yogurt available. Coffee was good with creamers and sugar or substitute sugar. Door to bathroom from room needed oil. Squeaked loudly. Main door to thr room stuck and hard to open. Staff was matter of fact and not cordial. Room was good with comfortable bed. Bath was good with hot water and good pressure. Toilet flushed too loudly and forcefully. Price for room was fair.

the hotel was nice i just wish they made the fact that you must leave $100 deposit more clear when booking. i had 2 rooms and had to give up $200 until check out.

A quick in and out. Later arrival and early departure. Quiet and clean. Decent breakfast. Somewhat hard to find. Secluded location. No noticeable signage on approaching streets and access road. Overall positive stay.

I like the cleanliness of the property. It’s a nice hotel but the young lady that checked me in needs training in customer service. I waited 10 minutes for her to come back inside from smoking and then her attitude wasn’t pleasant.

Immediately upon stepping off elevator on third floor, met with heat greater than outside. Then get into room and it had an musty, stale odor.

Very nice staff and the breakfast was plentiful and hot. Coffee was great as well!

Wasn’t asked for ID when arrrived. Given no WiFi password. Hair in sink and on towels. Haven’t cleaned behind bed where there was trash and a bandage. Lock on doorframe was barely hanging on where someone had tried to pry open the door

Nice place. BUT Interstate traffic very loud. Sink drained poorly. A week of so earlier stay, had to use a cup to rinse in the shower because of very low water pressure. Never again.

Next to zero water pressure. Had to fill up cups to rinse soap off. Told Front Desk when I checked out this morning. Scheduled to stay again in 5 days. We'll see.

We booked a suite with a pull out couch. The room did not have bedding for the sofa bed anywhere in the room. We came in late from a concert and could not find anyone at the front desk or get anyone to answer the phone to assist us.

I booked this stay out of convenience as we were only passing through and it is in a good location close to the highway. Check in and check out was prompt and courteous. Room was lacking soap and shampoo and the wash cloth was stained, so had to call the front desk to provide soap and fresh wash cloth. Front desk lady was kind enough to bring it up. I didn’t sleep well because the pillows were too high for me. I kept trying to flatten them. Other than that the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is what you would expect for this level of hotel. Husband complained that the oatmeal was sticky and coffee not great. Overall the experience was fine because the staff seem to care. However, I feel it is a bit on the pricey side for what they provide.

Tea situation at breakfast was poor (hot water broken) but everything else was fantastic for a quick stop during a long road trip.

The staff would barely speak to us. The fire alarm went off at about 7:30am, we went to the front desk to see what was going on and asked what was up and they just looked at us and didn’t say a word. The building was only 8 months old but one of the locks on our door was broken. We won’t go back.

Check in was a surprise as we had to put a $100 deposit in our credit card. The clerk talked so fast I had to ask her to repeat herself. The air conditioner in our room was on high at 68 all night and barely kept the room comfortable. Fitted bottom sheet would not stay on the corners. They did say new ones had neen ordered. Other than that, was okay.

Quick decision to stay the night in Tupelo after long hours of driving. The hotel was tidy and quiet. The location was just of the interstate but we couldn’t hear traffic noise. The only real minus was that the waterflow from the shower was barely enough for washing. Really liked that the room floors were laminate and not carpet. Many hotels have made that change away from carpet and I’m sure the cleaning staff appreciate that as well.

Overall, a nice place to stay. It was a little noisy just because of the hotel being near the highway & traffic. Hotel is a little hard to find because it's separate from the rest. Room was clean, but not enough towels. Overall good quality .
