A beautiful old building restored in a masterful way; keeping the sense of past ( lots of tasteful details) with all the modern comfort. Beautiful rooms. Admired the Capitan meeting room.

The hotel is situated in the old town of Reggio Emilia where everything is in walking distance. Super friendly staff greeted us and we we offered a free of charge update. We had a comfortable and large room and enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast buffet is including everything you would think off.

Picture was lovely. COULD NOT GET TO HOTEL AFTER TWO HOURS OF DRIVING INNER CITY!!! Every route into hotel blocked by pedestrian area. Narrow one way streets not able to turn around. Had to drive in reverse. Canceled reservation after two hours of noble attempts. Hotel receptionist offered to send car to pick us up...nice thought but unrealistic with luggage, etc and then WHERE to leave car?? Drove to next city at 7pm that evening and paid ridiculous last minute price for room.

Interesting time to stay as Italy was on the verge of lockdown but standards did not drop one bit at this fabulous hotel. Staff were helpful, the hotel was immaculate and both the choice and service at breakfast was exceptional. I look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful historic hotel which is in a convenient locations with many shops and restaurant. Their bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! We’d love to stay here again if we visit Reggio Emilia!

Reception staff messed up our restaurant reservation meaning that we couldn’t get a proper evening meal. Hotel bar closes early. Rooms are dated and tired. Overall really poor

The bathrooms had shampoo but no hair conditioner. Great location - walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Hotel Posta is a beautiful historic hotel in the Centro Storico of Reggio Emilia. The facility itself is lovely, and the staff is attentive, knowledgeable and charming. We had a wonderful one week stay here.

The property is located in the center of town. The staff were kind and spoke English well. It was very clean and the room was very comfortable, a.c in the summer, felt like heaven!

The building itself is glorious, and the location couldn't be better, right in the middle of town and within easy reach of everywhere. The room was comfortable, and although you can easily hear the noise from guests in the corridor, overall it was a good choice. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast.

It’s a great hotel right in the center of town, with everything a few minutes away on foot. The room was good and bathroom as expected, and the reception staff were excellent. The only negative was the breakfast, which was unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. It’s not replenished and so when you arrive half an hour before it closes there’s virtually nothing left to eat - just some cereal, the last 2 slices of cheese and the yogurt that nobody else wants. The lady who supervises the room was also rude.

It was a nice hotel with wonderful breakfast and the staff at the breakfast room was nice. The receptionist with the heavy British accent in English , was very nice until I handed my ID card and he saw my nationality. His voice tone immediately changed. I found this to be unacceptably rude.

Beautiful historic building in the heart of Reggio Emilia - walk out the door and everything you want in Reggio Emilia is just a few footsteps away. Front desk was very helpful and recommended great authentic local eateries.

a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely stay again. All of the front desk attendants speak English. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast is amazing. The rooms are charming and the area is absolutely beautiful.
