This was a get away for a couple. We found them to be very friendly. Always asking if everything was ok, and did we need for anything. Our room was spotless and the breakfast was wonderful.

The staff was super accommodating. I had lost my luggage, and they were super helpful in being available to receive it and let me know as soon as it arrived. The staff also gave me excellent food and clothing store recommendations.

What a charming hotel situated on a quiet street within the ramparts and yet very close to all of the restaurants & shops!

Very nice small hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Walkable to many places. Parking was about a block away but not a problem. Breakfast for purchase at hotel was also very good.

The Manoir is a delightful old building (built mid 1800s) fully updated with new finishes and services. The staff were helpful and cheerful. We enjoyed our stay.

I would like to highly commend Soa, a staff member at this property. She went above and beyond to help with a technical issue and she was significantly accommodating to see that I was helped and happy with the accommodation. A lovely hotel, accessible to almost every venue within a short walk.

The entire staff went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. Our room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future!

The hotel is walkable to the attractions. What makes it exceptional and wonderful is that they have an outstanding hospitality. Big shout to Fara, the front lobby lady who was very accomodating and helpful. She made it sure that all our needs were met. Will definitely recommend the hotel to others and will surely comeback.

Outstanding boutique hotel. It is rare for me to rate or even write a review. Everything about this property was excellent. No words nor pictures can describe it, you have to experience in person to realize it. Fantastic staff, cannot remember everyones name but they all went above and beyond. Great hospitality all the way around. Overall cleanliness, delicious made to order breakfast and location is away from noices and yet close to all points of interest and dining options. Definitely recommend it and will return on our next visit to this beautiful city

What a gem! We were so glad we found this place. Our room was spotless and very quaint. We loved the double doors opening onto the balcony. We felt like we were in Europe. The staff was more than accommodating. They were very patient with our every question. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk around to see the sites. We never once moved our car until we were headed home. We would highly recommend and we'll definitely be returning.

Our stay at the Manoir D’Auteuil was delightful. The staff were truly welcoming and friendly. Our room was charming with a king bed and a beautiful view. The breakfast of crepes & fresh fruit was delicious. Top marks! We will return! Easy location to park once and walk everywhere.

Beautiful outside terrace with an abundance of flowers to have a quiet drink or coffee and relax away from the bustle of the city for a little bit

The hotel itself is beautiful and centrally located. Sue, her sister, and the rest of the staff (sorry, I can’t remember names) are what set this place apart. They are truly fine people, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, and will do so to anyone traveling to Quebec City.
