Great service! The location of the hotel is excellent for walking around Quebec City. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would stay again.

What a charming hotel situated on a quiet street within the ramparts and yet very close to all of the restaurants & shops!
The staff was always super-friendly & super-helpful and the room was comfortable with modern amenities and old-world charm.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from tourist area. Far enough away from noise of people having fun yet close enough to enjoy.

My husband and I felt very welcome and were well taken care of throughout our stay.
The entire staff went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. Our room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future!

Outstanding boutique hotel. It is rare for me to rate or even write a review. Everything about this property was excellent. No words nor pictures can describe it, you have to experience in person to realize it. Fantastic staff, cannot remember everyones name but they all went above and beyond. Great hospitality all the way around. Overall cleanliness, delicious made to order breakfast and location is away from noices and yet close to all points of interest and dining options. Definitely recommend it and will return on our next visit to this beautiful city

What an amazing place. The staff treats you like family, give great recommendations for local attractions and amazing food. They are super accommodating and just absolutely fantastic to stay with. I will be coming back for sure

Beautiful outside terrace with an abundance of flowers to have a quiet drink or coffee and relax away from the bustle of the city for a little bit

Our stay at the Manoir D’Auteuil was delightful. The staff were truly welcoming and friendly. Our room was charming with a king bed and a beautiful view. The breakfast of crepes & fresh fruit was delicious. Top marks! We will return! Easy location to park once and walk everywhere.

The hotel itself is beautiful and centrally located. Sue, her sister, and the rest of the staff (sorry, I can’t remember names) are what set this place apart. They are truly fine people, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, and will do so to anyone traveling to Quebec City.

My husband and I had a great 3-night stay Le Manoir d'Auteuil. The staff (Matthew, Farrah, Sue, among others) were all amazing and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel has an excellent location with easy access to the shops and cafes of old town, as well as the historical sites in the new city. But, be aware, walking in Quebec City means walking up and down hills.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The staff are so friendly and I highly recommend this hotel. I honestly had the best experience ever and I will always remember my stay, and I appreciate the hospitality. The fact that the staff are not always in a rush they were taking their sweet time getting to know me such as talking about the culture in Canada the culture in France the language of French in both places and how it can be different , and I just over appreciated everything and they did a good job cleaning my room and doing the best they can to make me feel welcome.

Very nice staff. I loved the continental breakfast. For me the croissant with egg/cheese and wonderful fresh fruits. We had a room below ground level and the wifi was a bit weak, but the staff was great. I didn't use the parking or maid service since we were there only 3 days so I can't comment on that.

The WIFI reception in our room was inconsistent.
There was a handbasin in our bedroom (not in the bathroom), which was inconvenient. Apparently other rooms have the handbasin in the bathroom, so if this is important to you, check ahead before you go.

Wonderful! Charming property - clean, comfortable and beautiful building. Located on a pretty, historic street and accessible to the two main streets that lead into the center of town. Lovely croissants made daily. Highly recommend.
