Initial check in was smooth as anywhere else is until getting to the actual room. Room key didn't work. No problem, went back to front desk and had another made. However, second key didn't work. Tried a 3rd. Still no good. Finally the person working the desk came with me and verified that the card reader mechanism on the door had a low battery and was faulty. After a brief wait, I was provided with a "master key" that did work. Room was basic but clean enough. Reserved a double queen and was given a room with a single bed for some reason. I asked about this but no offer of exchanging for the correct room was made. Wasnt a big deal though, so just took the room without debate. Hotel was definitely far from fully booked though. Only stayed here for proximity to CMH as I am from out of town and had a 630am flight. Given the option again, I'd probably pick a different airport adjacent hotel option however. Fairly cheap, but definitely a get what you pay for experience. Pool looked clean but I arrived after it was already closed for the night

First off had to pay additional $25 when arriving. The pool water didn’t work. Not enough blankets. Stayed up because found out after arrived property known for vehicle break ins. A lady was loud yelling about a boyfriend across the hall from me.

After I checked in I left the property. When I returned, we went into the room and there was someone else’s belongings in the room. The staff moved us to another room.

It was not the best area and the customers were not the best either. It’s very high traffic but overall for the price and short notice it was decent.

Overall our stay was wonderful, very friendly staff and clean rooms. Only issue was our door not opening after the key went in and lit green. Issue was quickly resolved after talking to the man at the front desk.

It was horrible. They claim they never do early check ins, fine but then we didn't get checked in until 30 minutes after their check in time. Rude front desk staff. Continental breakfast was awful. So bad we didn’t even take advantage of it on our last day. It was a mobile accessible room and the shower was so slippery, we almost fell. Carpet was filthy. Drug paraphernalia all over the placd outside. We were there for 2 nights and on our first night they deactivated our room keys so we had to get that fixed after being out all day and just wanted to come back and relax.

The rooms were dirty, hair in the floor by the tubs, lights didnt work by the door and over the sink, they checked us in to 2 rooms with someone already in them. Even with the reservation. On a game day weekend. The breakfast was terrible. Everything was hard or out. No coffee.

Understaffed. Had to wait on check in, wait on cofffee, door didn't latch properly to room, bed frame was metal amd quite noisy. I will not be staying here again.

This hotel is perfectly adequate. The room was clean, and the breakfast was serviceable. The surrounding area is a bit noisy, though, so ear plugs are recommended. When I checked in, the young man working the desk was on his phone, and while he was polite, he forgot to activate my keys, resulting in me having to traipse back to the desk. Please urge your desk staff to put their phones away so that they can be more attentive to customers. Now, this isn’t a big deal, of course, for someone like me who is able-bodied and traveling alone, but a disabled person or someone who had children with them would have had good reason to be grumpy over this avoidable error. The person at the desk in the morning, a young woman, was much more professional and attentive.

First off i was given the wrong room. I had wanted a jacuzi room. Get that straigtened out and after numerous times of having to go back to the front desk because my room key would not work. We finally get in. That even after filling the jacuzi tub we realize half of the jets were not working. Plus our mini fridge was not either. Next night as we walked around outside we found a crack pipe sitting around some bushes. And to top it all off after i spent allot of money for the room in the first place. Right after i check out i get a charge on my card for $563 which i am still fighting a week later. A charge i did nit authorize at all.

There wasn't much to like. The rooms were small, sink want even in the bathroom, toilet day so low to the ground I could hardly use it, it leaked, we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator wouldn't go down only up and the phone in the room want connected. We really deserve a refund or at least a discount!

Extremely understaffed for a busy concert weekend. Waited over an hour along with many other customers to check in to our room. The rooms were not yet cleaned from the previous evening and it was very inconvenient for many concert goers as the festival started at 3. The young man working the front desk alone did the best he could to accommodate everyone but did appear overwhelmed.
On the plus side, our room was clean and we had and decent stay after check in complications.

Check in time was supposed to be 3PM. We arrived early and asked if it was possible for early check in and was told room would not be ready until 3PM. Came back at 5PM to a long lone and only one person working the front desk. When I finally got waited on I was told that room had not been cleaned yet. Had to wait until 530 until room was ready.
