Our room was very nice and the housekeepers very accommodating. That’s the good.
The lobby and breakfast area are very hot. The staff have fans but during our 5 day stay the only time the lobby or elevators were comfortable was at night. Breakfast grab and take to your room?
Breakfast here closes 15 minutes early. Only once when I requested eggs in our 5 day stay were more made. 0900 is not 0845. Change your hours if your intention is to close up at 0845.
We commented on this at Christmas when Christmas morning guests were denied breakfast and we watched them throw away the hot food. This was brought to the mgrs attention.
Having the smokers bench immediately outside the entrance so it’s impossible to come and go without a haze is not acceptable. There were female staff smoking out there as well and talking about how she’s the only one who does such and such job. It’s a bad look!!
We liked this hotel and we are recognized as we have stayed here at least 20 nights in the last year. That choice may be different on our next trip. It’s a shame because the rooms and housekeeping are excellent.

We were happy with our stay here. It was a good location, easy to get to.
They just need more luggage carts for the size of Hotel.
Personal was very friendly, a few housekeepers need a bit of a smile or a response to a hello.

The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. Only issue was the shower. It sounded like it "screams" at you when you're showering! 😂 We reported the issue at departure.

Everything was good in the room until I saw ants coming through the cracks of the bathtub and toilet area. Saw spiders in the elevator. They property needs a professional pest control ASAP

the bed nearest the bathroom was HORRIBLE!!! there was no way my husband and i could sleep together in it. the metal frames at the edge of the mattress where unforgiving and you fell right into a hole. both sides of the bed were bad! Had to sleep sideways in the bed...

They advertised a price for two queen beds.
When we got to our room we saw the beds were not queen size. We paid for two queen size beds and got double beds!
When we asked the front desk about the beds, they said they didn’t have queen, only rooms with double or one king. We told them to have them change their advertisement, because that was false advertisement.
The staff person that was in charge of the breakfast that morning accused us of spilling water that was near our table. They asked us with a disgusted attitude, “did you do this?” We answered , “no, maybe it’s from the juice machine.” They quickly replied, “no, it can't be!” They were ready to say more, and we politely and quickly replied, “well that’s your job to clean it.”
They need to teach their staff polite customer service.

Rooms were clean. One of our reserved rooms smelt like smoke but the other was good to go. Rooms were spacious and bedding/carpets were clean. Breakfast was ok, limited options and they start turning off appliances and shutting down prior to their scheduled hours (found this out the hard way) Elizabeth was amazing. Knowledgeable and helped us find the best Italian food in the area. Indoor pool was a decent size.
Overall I would recommend.

Good breakfast. Nice room. Need security guard. Need cameras in the stairways. It is a shame I had to call the front desk 3 times in 40 minutes about the children stomping and running over my head after 10 pm. Then had to go to the desk at 12:49 for the same running and stomping children.

Very serviceable motel. The room and the facility were clean and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is close to the airport and the 99 freeway, but not noisy in the least. The breakfast buffet was good. I would recommend this hotel.
