Nice large room with good cooking facilities. Bathroom was a little dated but was adequate

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly but it would appear to be a party hotel. From 4am a party started in a room on the floor below. This went on until gone 6am, after which loud conversations could be heard. No staff on site to help, when I spoke to them in the morning they appeared uninterested. Not a place to stay if you want a good nights sleep or have a young family with you.

plce is good location close to centre and have stopped before the only slight issue is the higher up you stop the warmer the rooms so can be a bit warm on warm days

Reasonably priced apartment style stay. Good location. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Breakfast not so great.

a very clean and spacious and modern room with kitchen (small fridge, induction stove, microwave, sink). quiet, and about 5 minute walk to main train station in reims . i loved this room!

By far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to France. Spacious rooms and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

A nice clean place with friendly staff. Can not tell you much about the location etc as the 6pm curfew prevented us from going out but we had a really nice stay.

Very nice, for the price

The room / apartment was far too hot and the windows in the living room where the sofa bed are unsafe for children to be around as they open fully inwards at waist height so we had to let our son have the main bedroom where there was a tilt and turn window, leaving my husband to sleep on the Sofa bed. As there is no air conditioning we had to keep the windows open which then meant we were bit by a mosquito which we found in the room the next morning. The corridor smelt of cooking & the floor was not clean. It was also really noisy during the night with people shouting outside.

It was smelling like an ashtray. I believe that they never mopped the floor and the bedding needs replacement not washing. As well the pillows need replacement, they smell very strong a human head!

Lovely apartment rooms which is great even just for our stop over and keeping water cold. But even better if staying for a couple of nights. Super friendly staff especially Ludovic who went over and above when disaster struck for our travelling party

A good place to stay for a short visit to Reims. Rooms were relatively spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a very easy walk from the train station and to the city center.

Our room was very clean and the staff were so nice. The proximity to the Central train station was wonderful and we could easily walk to town as well.

Set the bar low and you'll be fine. The room was clean, spacious, and what was needed. The rest not so much (dingy property, zero real amenities, off the track location which is a plus or minus depending on how you look at it). We booked this location because everything else was already full. But won't be back (sorry).

Great place. Close to the train station, easy to walk to town. Spacious studio unit, sparkling clean, with a well equipped kitchenette. I would stay here again.

Well worth it. Great value and good location. Only problem was no hot water. Apparently you have to switch it on just inside the door, but because we had a late check in we did not see anyone., and it was not on the information.

Check in staff did not speak English. The hallways were run down but the rooms were updated and very comfortable.

Stayed here a few times now. Great place to explore Reims. 5 minute walk to town and some great restaurants. Secure parking, so no need to hide everything out of sight, just remember to book in advance.

Checked in without any problem, which was good considering that there was eleven of us! Room was clean. Close proximity to city which was lovely, would definitely like to go back and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very good experience. The Hotel was just right for needs

Walking distance from the centre of Reims. Off road parking if you are early enough, which is charged. Comfortable room, we had four in our room so alright for one night but would be perfect for two for a longer stay. Check in was so slow which is difficult when you have to leave someone with the car before you know where you can park properly.

I have stayed in the hotel on four occasions as part of a group over the last four years. The facilities are good for the price and the location is ideal being just away from the hubbub but within walking distance of all required facilities. Other than a computer glitch when we arrived which caused a few problems booking in, which was more than compensated for by many of the rooms being upgraded (from studios to appartments). The rooms were clean and other than there being no cups/mugs (there is a new supermarket just a short distance away so it was possible to purchase some) the rest of the facilities are adequate. Plenty of parking nearby. One of my party was taken ill during our stay and the member of staff on duty was excellent, organising an ambulance and ensuring we were aware of where the hospital to which he had been taken and assisting me with the location so that I could visit.
