Great location and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is very close to the Old Town so walking to the main tourist sites is easy. The rooms are sufficient size-wise and function-wise.

I missed a trash can in the room (there was only a small one in the bathroom). It was especially noticeable on Friday (May 24) when the room was not cleaned. Then the smaller towel and bathroom rug disappeared after a couple of days (which I told the reception about and then several towels were put in the room but no bathroom rug).

I happen to be staying at the hotel when they were performing/installung a ne elevator and the noise was beyond tolerable, from early morning to late evening, dust etc. The breakfast was not anything interesting and the stuf woeking at the breakfast wasn't friendly. The receptopn dest excillente and friendly, helpfull.

The room was great and in a convenient location. Wonderful breakfast buffet! The staff helped us out with our super early departure by arranging a taxi and providing a meal to go. We'd stay there again.

Buffet breakfast is ok, cereals are poor standard but the breads meats and cheeses are top quality, the scrambled eggs should be avoided.
There's no Bar, plenty available in the area but all around 10 to 15 min walk away.
Buses can't park outside so if you book a trip you may have to meet up with it elsewhere.

A great hotel with a convenient location, the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. Friendly staff, comfortable room (I booked a single room, it is very small, so if you like space, book a standard room with a large bed), delicious and varied breakfast.

The hotel was great! This was my fifth stay in this hotel. We were given a smaller room this time. The only negative feedback I could give was that there was no fridge in the room, which we have had before. I know, however, that the hotel was booked out for New Year, so I understand why we were given that room.

8 of us were supposed to stay here but on check in they only had 3 rooms even though all 4 rooms had been reserved and confirmed. This resulted in 2 of the party having to stay elsewhere- very inconvenient as we were only staying 2 nights. The hotel itself is decent and the staff apologetic but nonetheless, it did spoil the weekend a bit

Very good stay overall , only thing that let it down was check in , despite emailing to say we would be arriving at 10pm and being told reception is open 24/7 we were kept waiting around for 10-15 minibecause nobody was on reception when we arrived . Overall a very good 2nd stay at this hotel .

The sewer smell coming from the bathroom drains/toilet made the entire room smell so bad.
The mattress needed to be replaced 10 years ago, it's totally like a hammock.
Staff: very nice.

The hotel is close to the market town the staff were polite and friendly however the coffee and tea facility in room was put out on the first day but was not replenished after the first day hence during our 4 nights we had to purchase our own tea/coffee overall a satisfactory hotel . the breakfast thou was excellent with plenty of choices and it was a help yourself service
