Property is walkable from greenbelt area which is why I booked it. Staff were all polite and helpful. It was an easy check in process. Room was clean and provisions were more than adequate.

The staff are very welcoming from the door greeter, front desk, concierge and restaurants. Breakfast selections and taste is mediocre. I got a 2 bedroom , 1 king and 2 twin bed, added another 1 twin bed. Rooms are great, however the tub is too high felt unsafe. The bidet is super strong to the point Im afraid to use it.lol.. My husband was able to adjust it. Overall it's good.

Quiet place and confy stay

Not recommended. The entire premise is very old and the deco is shabby. The bathroom is moldy and bed flag/ cushion turns yellowish. There were very few options in the breakfast restaurant and the presentation of the buffet bar was just terrible. Ruined my holiday would not go again.

The staffs were compassionate and friendly. A good place to stay while visiting the Philippines.

Good hotel. Just slightly older for its facilities but overall well maintained. Relatively cheaper than a few posh hotels nearby.

In the lead up to our stay, I sent a few emails with questions regarding tours and transfers. Every email was responded to quickly, politely, and questions answered. We had a passport issue, and the staff were very helpful. Size of room was decent. You can’t go out on balcony, but some angles had an amazing view of the city. Quality products in the bathroom. The conditioner in particular was amazing. Small thing, but I loved how my hair felt. While a little dated, it was very clean and well maintained. I would stay again.

This hotel was like a three minute walk to the mall where there was about three malls combined together, so that tells you how much food choices you have. we walk at night time and had no problems. We just joined the crowd that was walking already as far as the hotel the staff was very nice and the room was very nice too. We had got a one bedroom apartment hotel. We love the decor and the space. We will definitely be back in the Philippines, and will be staying here again.

The hotel was everything expected and plus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and maintained daily even at odd hours upon call. The location was between everything required, mall shopping and store. The kitchen provided the minimum required and was used to cook meals a few times on my stay. I oved the King size bed was a standard and not an extra cost. The bathroom was both a full shower and separate full tub. The free daily breakfast was a nice additive. Use of laundry facilities was a great option as well. ALL GREAT POINTS to come back again. OK here is the bad - Hot Water - some days we had only luke warm water and when we had hot water it took no less than 5 to 10 minutes to let the water run before it happened on my floor. Mind you I stayed on 18th floor so it would take some time I am sure to flow. Also they could possible add 2 6kilo washers and dyers to the laundry room 2 was not enough if the hotel has extended guests. But still not enough for me to decline my return. When I come back I will definitely return to Somerset Millenium and recommend anyone who visits to give them a try.

The staff was fantastic - always courteous and polite to any request especially room cleaning later in the day. The room was GREAT for the price, The kitchen and dining area actually allowed me to cook a few meals as opposed to eating out. The kitchen is stocked with the basics that work just fine and a huge rice cooker. But if you need anything the Mall is only 2 blocks away. The bed was a standard King size and not a double or Queen which is not common in many hotels without having to pay extra - not even the Conrad. For me was an added bonus. The bathroom had a full-size bath and separate shower with huge flowing shower heads. I also liked the laundry options which was used - Time it right and you can get all your loads done - they could invest in maybe 2 more 6 kilo units and one more 3 kilo unit and dryer. OK one negative I have to share - Hot Water. It took a long time for hot water to flow into the higher floors, a few days we had no hot water and had to call Maintenace to see what the issue was. It was eventually fixed but could be a continued issue. Would I go back again - yes without a doubt. I felt safe and it was quiet, and many options are within walking distance and the room was basically like a small apartment at a very reasonable cost.

Somerset Millennium Makati was one of the most enjoyable hotels I have ever stayed. The service in all departments was extremely responsive and the most friendly of any hotel. Great hotel, centrally located and wonderful staff. I especially enjoyed meeting Vernie and Buddy, the K9. They greeted us daily and Buddy is a bomb sniffing dog so he kept us safe! He also super adorable and welcoming. In addition, it was walking distance from the Greenbelt mall and Sunday Market. Additionally, a lot of the tours will pick up from this hotel.

The staff, from front desk, security, cleaning, restaurant were truly warm, responsive, and welcoming. Occasionally, the restaurant manager looked unfriendly and dissatisfied (with his staff? or the diners?). The hotel (elevator, bathrooms, etc) are a bit worn for wear and could do with some fresh paint or equivalent. Sometimes one could clearly smell what could have been a combination of cleaning and insecticide chemicals. But based on price, I would guess all was within the norm, with the staff a real bonus

The hotel was a great place for an overnight layover in Manila. The property is very convenient to shopping, dining, and is in a good area of the city. The breakfast was pretty good and there are several options for eating and coffee. The only issue with the property is the room smelled and felt damp upon arrival. The AC was restricted to 20* C but we sweated profusely during the night. This is a huge issue for me and I hope they are able to correct this issue.

This is a moderately priced hotel on a quiet street 5 min walk to Greenbelt Mall. The staff are lovely and helpful. The breakfasts are good value, especially if you go for the Asian meals -- avoid the bread and butter. Wifi works well and amenities in the bathroom are good quality. The beds are comfortable and the lighting is good for working. Hard to do better for the price.

Water server service is excellent idea !! That was very convenience for my stay. And I made housekeeper waiting until over 14:00 to start her job. I was so sorry and thanks for flexible response. Condition of my room CATV connection was not stable. Please check it.

I really enjoyed staying at the Somerset Millennium and look forward to going back one day. It was relaxing, the one bedroom executive apartment exceeded my expectations and I had a great sleep every night!
