Beachfront is a great plus with the boardwalk in front of property!
Key bracelets are awful and never work - it took two tries and one key card try before I could enter my room on the 12 floor from the reception floor!
Staff is arrogant and Capital Vacations rep always hounding you to attend their Timeshare meeting. Never again!!

I loved the place. It just has no balconies which is a bummer. Close to a lot of cool places like Margueritavile and the beach is beautiful. The staff there was absolutely fantastic and i would go back just to see them. Thanks for a great time

terrible check in process...Room wasn't ready on time...lack of comunication with front desk. No keys for rooms
But I love the propery and the area...The rest of the ammenities are really nice

The pillows were terrible we found these in the closet and very uncomfortable, we returned to the room at 2:00am, no key was activated, security opened the door. We will let you know another day no excuses sheets should be better

Well the tub was stopped up from day one and the room I reserved actually was a studio and the bed came out the wall, a lil weird but we slept. The Security was just way over the top, really doing too much. We loved that the beach was directly behind the hotel and they had a really nice pool area

The people working the checkin were rude to just about every guest. AC was not working properly, refrigerator didnt keep drinks. Old and freezer did not work at all

$48 resort fee and they were incapable of having beach towels CONSTANTLY. Took 5 trips and finally waited twenty minutes to get beach towels.

Nice hotel, room was comfortable. Room key, hard to open door. Employees were not that friendly.

We had to change to another room because the Murphy bed was terrible .
The room was ok but it would not hurt if Housekeeping and Maintenance checked and inspect the rooms more often ! ( the toilet was running constantly and the main lamp had burnt light bulbs , also the toilet bowl was stained and dirty ).

I know its 4th of July, but when we got to our room, it was hot, we had no clean cups, towels, soap, complementary water bottles, and the room looked like someone had checked out literally 10 minutes before we got there. But overall Check-in was easy, and fast. The staff is very nice, and the guest were quiet and polite.

I came for a quick trip all alone. From the moment I pulled in everyone was so kind and helpful. There where a few hiccups in the beginning but things happen. The staff did everything the fix it. Everyone was so so nice the security are wonderful and the woman at the front desk who is there in the evenings was the sweetest. I felt safe and welcomed at this property. If I come back to Florida I will stay here again. It’s not the Ritz (in a great way) but the location is amazing and the old charm is endearing. I can’t say enough good about the staff.

I hope to bring my family back so I can enjoy the ocean, pool and beach.

I would come back to the hotel, I just wish I didn’t have to deal several times with an older security man by the pool who constantly targeted me and my children due to them playing. He was ill mannered and several times scolded my children instead of speaking with me directly. Under no circumstances were my children acting inappropriately. Both times we left the pool for the beach because of the hostile environment that security guard put the guest under. However I do praise the parking security, He has white hair but oh man is he the loveliest and friendliest💕 he is truly unforgettable!

Everyone was friendly, and the hotel was super good. All the accommodations, the near by places to eat and enjoy the beach

The hotel was very nice and clean. Only negatives were the poor water pressure in the shower, very weak need a better shower head. The pool and jacuzzi had a very poor rough finish and broke tile. The front desk attendants were super rude disrespectful and super unhelpful and unprofessional. The only friendly person was Samuel the Security super friendly and helpful always walking around the hotel. This man needs a raise!!! 😊 He should be at the front desk he is super professional, friendly and polite.

I thought location was great and the staff was fantastic. I thought my room with the murphy hed was unique and very well thought out. The kitchen was great to have and was very clean. My complaint would be that the mattress was unbelievably uncomfortable and the pillows were pretty bad and completely mishapened. If the mattresses cant be replaced at least a decent topper would fix the problem. Better sheets and pilows would make the experience sooo much better. It felt like I was sleeping on a trampoline. Its unfortunate because other than that I thought the place was fantastic and very affordable.

Walls are paper thin, went for a weekend of relaxation and got two hours of sleep the first night. Could hear everything going on in the hallway and the rooms on either side. Checked out at 6am after finding another property that would accommodate an early morning check in.

No door keys for 4 days had to wait for someone to let you into room and garage also pool heater was out all week supposed to have been fixed the week before
