Great location

Hotel is located in prime spot around restaurants and across the street from the beach. Parking was easy. I’ve stayed here before because it’s one of the lesser expensive hotels on the beach… still pricey but not as high as the others close by. We got a bay view room with a balcony that you pay a premium for. Last time we had a great view. This time we looked right at the new hotel they were building next door so not really worth the extra. Rooms are clean but a could use a refresh. Bed was ok. The water pressure in the shower a bit weak but got the job done! For the price I would stay again

Centrally located at the Clearwater Beach area. Beattiful views. Easy walk to amenities. Staff was prompt to our needs. Good upper end continental type breakfast.

The view was great

Everything was great. If this was a luxury hotel with additional amenities, it would be 5-star. We will stay again.

It was clean and within convenient walking distance to everything. Parking was free. Ideal location at a smaller hotel without the hustle and bustle of a busier, larger, more commercialized hotel chain. Only negative was the room key card wouldn't work half the time. We weren't the only room with this issue. The hotel needs to buy a new room key programmer, or whatever it's called. Would stay here again!

Room was very clean, towels and bedspread linen smelled very clean breakfast was not too bad. Coffee was very light, not medium or strong so it was not good at all. Extremely poor water pressure. Took me Longer than usual while washing my hair, it was horrible.Bed pillows were were folded to half size which I had to call and request standard size pillows and that’s when they told me to unfold them but even though they were so uncomfortable very flat could not sleep well. The bed was rock solid very uncomfortable woke up with pain on my back. parking was good, but I almost vomit because the smell of weed was making me sick while I was in my parking area. Some one that was working there or keeping an eye on things was smoking around there. This kept on till like around 7:30 PM. If those things are fixed, maybe I will book again someday.

Very unhappy that I got a room with a view of the marina (not the gulf) and more importantly, the view was obstructed by a building under constuction next door (including an outdoor ladder and/or scaffold the height of the building).The front desk said the Expedia ad said it was a partially obstructed view. But I still can't find that in the room description I read when I chose the room.

Super Hotel, Very nice location

Everything was excellent in the hotel except for the restaurant. Extremely rude workers, my family and I were ignored for about 10min and when we finally managed to get someone to help they were very rude so we took our business somewhere else.

Had a horrible ecperience with the keys into the room. Had to try over a million times every time getting and out. Tv did not work. Had to have maintenance come and reprogram

They have an opportunity to improve the breakfast.

The only negatives i have are beds are extremely hard and need updated. But if you go to the roof top bar and have enough drinks, you wont have any problems falling asleep. Upon arrival the room was 76* and had an unpleasant odor. Third, i picked this hotel because it said they had laundry facilities in which they did not. In fact, there was no where in the area you could do laundry. Only a pick up service that charges by the pound which required a $40 min. We arrived very early and they held our luggage til our room was ready. At check out they did the same since our flight didnt leave til later in the afternoon. Other than that the property was wonderful! And the employees were wonderful as well. Would definitely stay again if they updated the beds and made them slightly more comfortable. Plenty of food options all around and in walking distance.

Nice view from the balcony and I love watching the sunset and the beach specially night lights…everything was beautiful and I recommend this place!

Very nice property it is what you would expect. Room was clean. Staff friendly. The free breakfast is as basic as you get. But it’s free. Rooftop bar very nice drinks and staff. Food is well it’s food wouldn’t go out of the way to eat there. But if your there it will do.

It’s a bit outdated. The room keys didn’t work most of the time and we had to go to reception to activate it.

We loved this hotel. We’d read some negative reviews pertaining the rooms. People indicated they were dated. Were they dated? Yes. Yet, when we did the reservation they seemed dated, so I can’t complain for something I already knew. I will say they were way less dated than I thought they’d be.They were super comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. They were spacious as well and hot water was perfect. Very clean as well! Pillows were small, so bring your own if that is important to you. The location of this hotel was just perfect. The latter is worth the price by itself. Pool was clean and fun. Breakfast could’ve been a bit better, but it was good nonetheless. One thing I’d improve is the service. Don’t get me wrong, it was great, but employees could’ve been a bit chipper. That said, they were very accommodating. Gave us an early checking and late checkout. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back. The rooftop bar is a great spot to watch the sunset.

Water line or something burst in the parking garage got a phone call in the middle of the night telling me I need to move my car because that particular parking spot was in front of a utility room they needed to get into. Why have a parking spot there then? No apologies no nothing. Elevator is hard to get do to all the people going to the bar. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel ever!
