Very nice accommodations, the air conditioner was loud, but fortunately didn’t keep us up.
2 out of 4 washers were out of service, which caused a bit of a bottleneck on a Sunday evening

I am not sure about all those great reviews. I would rate this place 7 for everything. Overall wasn't our worst hotel stay but not the best!
3 out of 5 for cleanliness. I would recommend to use vaccume and mop better next time!
Staff was nice. Kids left an instant picture behind and receptionist called me to ask what they should do with it.
The place was spacious but needs to be updated. Loved the kitchen area with big fridge. Grounds were nice. Breakfast is same as in all other hotel chains: mediocre!
We might stay here again if the price is right because location is good for us as a pit stop.

We had two rooms. Both had issues with toilets. Our fridge had food from previous guest and shower was not clean.

This hotel was great for a one-night stay en route to another location. Rooms in the suite were a good size for our family of 4, and everything we saw seemed clean.

Nice property layout. Its kind of a drive to Tallahassee. More than we expected. Overall, the staff was great. Breakfast is what you would expect. Adequate not exceptional. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. I won’t go into detail, but needless to say it was handled by them immediately.

Nice place to stay. Only complaint is there was no blanket or pillow for the sis sleeper. When we asked for a pillow and blanket we were told they did not have any more.

Great stay and very happy with our accommodations. The hallways, common areas exterior of hotel was very well maintained. Customer service excellent. Our room however was not the cleanest. We found a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door, a sock and washcloth in one of the dresser drawers. Floors had some minor small debris, probably due to areas just missed with vacuum. But everything else in room fine.

I was looking for a place right off the interstate for a quick overnight stay while traveling with my mom and aunt. It was easy access from the interstate, very quiet and very clean. I was able to get a 2 bedroom unit, that was perfect for us. The complimentary breakfast was nice, with several hot and cold options.

Nice facilities, especially the terraces and pool area, which overlooked a small lake and had a pier.
Kiarra, the front desk clerk was very pleasant and attentive. She even checked in on us by text a couple of times during our visit.

The room was fairly clean except for the furniture had dirt on it. The ice maker didn’t work, there were roaches in the kitchen, bed was hard, and a/c was loud (but did work very well). The most surprising thing was when I informed the front desk of these issues (I only told them about the ice maker and roaches, in fairness) the response I got was “thanks for letting us know”…..

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was so friendly, helpful. Loved the mon - wed Happy Hour, a great time to interact w other guests, bartender Michael is super nice and cool. The breakfast was delicious, I only have good things to say ab this hotel and the staff, we'll definitely go back. 20min away from FSU and TSC but is a smooth drive and i think is worth it. No place is perfect but i have nothing bad to say ab this hotel.

Rooms where larger then expected. Staff texted us to make sure are stay was going well, the breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had. Price was reasonable. All around a great stay 😊

the hotel is good but the house keeping department need to figurate the clean floor of the kitchen and the bathroom. The grout is super darty and the corners.
