The room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the property is amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property.

Nice property layout. Its kind of a drive to Tallahassee. More than we expected. Overall, the staff was great. Breakfast is what you would expect. Adequate not exceptional. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. I won’t go into detail, but needless to say it was handled by them immediately.

Great stay and very happy with our accommodations. The hallways, common areas exterior of hotel was very well maintained. Customer service excellent. Our room however was not the cleanest. We found a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door, a sock and washcloth in one of the dresser drawers. Floors had some minor small debris, probably due to areas just missed with vacuum. But everything else in room fine.

The room was fairly clean except for the furniture had dirt on it. The ice maker didn’t work, there were roaches in the kitchen, bed was hard, and a/c was loud (but did work very well). The most surprising thing was when I informed the front desk of these issues (I only told them about the ice maker and roaches, in fairness) the response I got was “thanks for letting us know”…..

the hotel is good but the house keeping department need to figurate the clean floor of the kitchen and the bathroom. The grout is super darty and the corners.

Everything was great but one of the tv’s were broke. Not a big deal since there were two tv’s. But it was safe, clean and friendly place.

Many hotels moved to late checkins and early checkouts during Covid. This was understandable but Covid is no more and a 4pm check in and 11am checkout is no longer warranted.
Furthermore at the time I booked the hotel they were claiming to have a bar. When I got there the bar was closed and I was told they let the bartender go long ago. I will say the staff were friendly which is why this is a 4 star review and not a 3 star.

We were awaken at 3am and there was water on the floor in the bathroom and the vanity area. We have no idea why or where it cam from. Very freaky type of situation. We took the towels and dried up the water. No faucets were left running and the shower was used once.

This was a beautiful hotel on a small lake with a roomy King 1 bedroom Suite. The couch converts to a bed to sleep two more and doors separate the king bedroom. Each room has a television. The only issue we had was trying to understand how the cooktop worked.

The property looks amazing, so does the inside. Great staff, check-in was a breeze. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suit, full kitchen, bathroom, king bed, nice living room space.

Great location! Love the amenities. Great front desk and housekeeping staff. Breakfast staff wasn’t so friendly, other than that, the rooms needed to be clean thoroughly. There are dust and dirty sofa and pillows and the rooms smells weird. I couldn’t figure out the smell.

Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. It was an easy commute to the FSU campus, and there was plenty of shopping close by for all the things we realized we had forgotten when setting up our freshman's dorm. There is a coffee shop inside the hotel with breakfast options, but we opted to eat at a more economical cafe nearby. We will stay again.
